    Brought my RangeRover in for a cabin AC filter change and an alignment. They gave it back to me with a busted water pump and a water leak that I never had. There response to the issue was...thats your bad" there's nothing we can do..no report for the alignment, no old filter showing..nothing! Told me it was going to be an hour, took 5 hrs and an EXTRA ISSUE THAT MY CAR DIDNT HAVE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. Since you blocked me from replying, well...in my little head over going throughout your reviews..looks like mostly females have bad experiences at your shop, maybe thats how from an alignment and an AC fix are related to my water pump getting damaged. You're right, RangeRovers aren't undestructible but, as my car sits in a garage with a clean floor so I would of notice. As per your clerk, he didn't understand it either how could happened??? Its still the big question, as he himself didn't understand either because he also didn't notice any leaks when the car was dropped off or when he took it off the alignment machine. Im sure this isn't your first ride , ALL I HOPE ITS THAT MY REVIEW OPENS EYES TO OTHERS OUT THERE, SPECIALLY FEMALES. God bless you. Ps. In other notes..Im not worried about mediocrity coming from people like you, that hides in a office instead of facing the problems and finding a solution. What goes around, comes around.     With all due respect, you don't have to be a mechanic or car enthusiast to realize that the work we did and the water pump leaking have nothing to do with one another. There is absolutely nothing we could've done while performing an alignment and AC check to cause a water pump leak, the two simply have no relation. I would love to know how you somehow correlate one with the other. In your mind, what could we have possibly done to cause that?????
    Even while performing the alignment, your vehicle had been leaving coolant leaks everywhere it was parked. The smell of coolant was also obvious. We also went above and beyond for you when checking your AC, we performed a computer diagnostic, reset and re calibrated your blend doors that ended up fixing your AC problems without charging you or adding anything to your bill. We even waived off the diagnostic fees and only charged for the alignment and cabin filter. After finishing the works requested we took it upon ourselves to check where the coolant leak was coming. Your vehicle was almost two gallons low and there were obvious signs on the undercarriage to signify that this leak has been there for a while now. I know it's not fun to receive bad news but we assure you we did not cause it and we advise you pay closer attention to your vehicle for future reference, if you had, the leak would not have been a surprise to you. Just because it's a Range Rover, doesn't mean it's indestructible.
    On a side note, if you wanted an alignment report or your old oil filter, you could've simply just asked for it.

    You make absolutely no sense. So, in your head, it's because you're a female that your water pump started leaking after doing an alignment?....it's amazing how you came to that conclusion 🤣The problem is simple, you have a water pump leak, we did not cause this, and being a female has nothing to do with your experience. It's easy for Karens to vent online about things they can't even comprehend and it is sad that it's usually the females such as yourself that are most ignorant. But I can't blame you, you simply lack the knowledge to understand the fact that the two things have no relation. Yes the clerk was confused because he was literally trying to explain this to you with no luck, he just couldn't understand how you could possibly blame us for the leak. We have much bigger things to worry about and are not bored enough to cause problems with you or your vehicle. No one is hiding from you either🤣Had you of given me just five minutes to step away from my work to come entertain you, I would've gladly tried to explain all this to you myself before you stormed off in a hissy fit. If you still fail to understand, please come on by and I will educate you in person. Your ignorance and confusion are not our fault and I'm sorry you fail to understand the truth, we did nothing to cause a water leak.
    I HOPE THIS REVIEW DOES OPEN EYES. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR VEHICLES AND DONT GET DISCOURAGED WHEN A SHOP TELLS YOU ABOUT ISSUES WITH YOUR CAR, ITS LITERALLY OUR JOB.
    But I feel in your situation it would've been best if we left it be and let you figure it out on your own.

MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO THE *********** SHOP AND GAVE ME THE WATER PUMP YOUR PEOPLE BROKE WITH THE PRESSURE TEST YALL DID ON MY CAR AND CHANGE THE FILTER THAT YALL SUPPOSEDLY CHANGE. NO BIGGY, CAR RUNS JUST AS NEW AGAIN. You get what you pay for..cheap chop(should be your business name by the way)..THATS ON ME
    IM NOT SURE WHAT UNNIVERSITY(COLLEGE OR SCHOOL)TEACHED YOU ABOUT IGNORANCE, IF ANYTHING YOU SHOULD GET A REFUND. LAUGHING, CALLING PEOPLE NAMES(KAREN, INGNORANT) ITS VERY IGNORANT...BUT ILL LEAVE YOU TO IT. LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE ALOOOOOOT OF TIME TO WRITE TRYING TO COVER FOR YOUR UNEDUCATED SELF.
