On a recent business trip I went to ******* *******. Or my last day I had a few hours to kill before my flight. And decided to visit the aquarium. I was stopped by a person representing the vacation club and they offered a tour of their facility. In return you would receive a multi-day resort stay. What I didn't know was that I would be subject to sitting through a over 2 hour pressure session to try and get me to sign up for their expensive and unworkable vacation packages. Multiple times I told the salesman that I would not be able to do it today as I would like to have the opportunity to review the material and options before I made a decision like I do with any kind of purchase that I make.Not only did he thought that I was lying he with almost tryings to insult me because I would not give in to his pressure. He actually lied to me insisting that I would not be pressured into buying anything today but that's clearly what he and his boss were trying to achieve.Initial Complaint

I made and received confirmation number XXXXXXXX for a stay at the Margaritaville in Nashville, TN. Shortly after I receive the confirmation, I receive another email cancelling my reservation. I called the next day and was told that a Mr. ***** called in to cancel the reservation. I told that representative (rep) that I was not married and no one had the details of my trip in order to cancel. I requested that my room be reinstated and the cancellation be refunded. The call are recorded so I suggested a call review, that would take 72 hours. I was told that they had no more rooms at the Margaretville and I could put in a request for a room if inventory became available. I was told that they could book me at a different location in the down town location for the same days, which I agreed. I called back for two weeks checking on the available inventory and was told one thing after the next. During my last call it was acknowledged that no one called but my trip was still cancel and that the request was denied. I was willing to call everyday to see if there was a cancellation but was tole noting would be made available for me. To add to the injustice that I was already subjected to the new reservation was not located Down Town like the rep stated. My entire party was lodging in the Down Town area and I would now have to commute 18 minutes back and forth throughout the day to connect with the rest of my part. I feel like some one wanted the room for someone they new and decided to cancel my reservation with a felicitous story of a Mr. Product_Or_Service: timeshare
