  Read reviews of Walker Mobility and was very satisfied that I would be happy with their service and scooters. I was told upon initial setup that they would not leave cart in lobby as other companies do. A designated time was set of between 8-9:00 a.m. At 9:00 received a call that they were running late. Someone arrived around 9:30, putting me well behind family who had rope dropped. 1st day was going fine until I returned to hotel in late afternoon. Went to park and setup in the hallway as was advised, backing up I hit corner of wall and back wheels completely fell off - luckily this was in hallway and did not hit wall hard enough to damage so it was a soft hit. I was also lucky that my son-in-law came to my rescue and he and his son lifted back end to get wheels back on. Called company and they brought a new scooter next morning again probably around 10:00. From start, scooter was in poor shape - seat had no padding, had a lever on rear of scooter that had to be reset many times by myself (a 75 year old woman that has difficulty leaning over) or kids with me. A few times the bus drivers were kind enough to do so, even having to push me off the bus ramp a couple of times. At the end of this week, I tried to speak with the owner of this company explaining that I wanted no discount, only wanted to make him aware of the difficulty with two of his scooters and asking that he in future make sure his scooters were in good shape. He literally told me that the back wheels could not come off his scooter (felt he was calling me a liar) and that I was told of the lever and how to reset myself if issues arise. ********* will never use this company again and advise any of you considering them to look at different options. However he did reimburse me $17 for the inconvenience I had during my ****** stay. How generous!

  I rented one for ****** World and it was fantastic! The battery lasted all day and through the night without needing to go back and recharge it. It was super easy to use and the scooter was delivered to our hotel and showed up right on time. All in all I was thrilled with my choice to rent from Walker Mobility and will use them again for our next trip!

  I used the scooter on the cruise ship, the past couple of days, it was awesome!! I loved the phone holder & the usb port was an added plus! The charge lasted all day!! I had no issues with it at all!! The gentleman who dropped it off was great, he made sure I know everything about the scooter, he asked me if I had any questions.I was so comfortable in it also!!Thanks for such great service!!

  Our two scooters were delivered on time to our hotel as promised. They performed better than expected with plenty more battery life than we needed. We will always use Walker Mobility whenever we are at Disney. I also want to mention that the gal at customer service was outstanding.

  I hurt my back a few weeks before my vacation and was unable to walk for more than a few minutes at a time. We had plans to visit Disney for 3 days and I knew there was no way I would be able to enjoy the parks without a scooter. I called Walker Mobility 2 days before my trip. They answered all my questions and the reservation process was simple. They met me at my hotel with the scooter and showed me how to use it. The scooter battery (it actually has 2 batteries) stayed charged all day from early morning through late in the night. It was easy to drive and maneuver in the parks and hotel. It comes apart into several pieces, so it’s also easy to transport, although you would need an suv or truck. I don’t believe it will fit in a car. They came back and picked it up when I was done. The drop off and delivery were timely. The staff I spoke with were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company. They saved my vacation.

  The customer service was outstanding. The scooter I rented, was delivered to my hotel on time, reliable, clean, fully charged, and easy to operate. I would highly recommend this company.

  Top of the line,your company was the talk of the ship to the other Co aboard the seaside, my scooter the big widest and good looking.please the money charged the best I've ever invested.again people on board loved it took number down .battery charger easy and lasted a long time.easy to drive and fast.yes fast.tnx walker co..again I hope that me renting and advertising dose pay off for your co.even though you guys have been here in kiss,Orlando area over 20 yrs..again the best 4wheel driver on the ship..yeah Baby..yeah..

  My Walker Mobility Scooter was a life saver. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my Disney trip because of my scooter.
