They dont deserve even 1 star. Fell for it after given false promises of what I would be getting..I'm sorry to say, I thought I was smarter than this. Bought into it even after finding out they were not from "Hilton" as they had originally led me to believe. These people are predators. Sales agent said these trips were paid for, No additionsl cost. Now they want extremely high resort fees that are more than if you book directly with the property itself. I'll get the money back in the big scheme of life eventually. And you can dispute if its within 60 days of purchase with your bank which I went past unfortunately..But never will I ever fall for this again. And theres always karma that will catch up to these low lifes. Shame on them.

Call from Universal Luxury Resorts saying $400 deal. Said no. How about $350? I said, it's not one of those things where it involves high pressure sales and they said the only thing you have to do is taking a 90 minute facilities tour. Only cost to you is a $502 reservation fee. Still sounds good. So I did. Bad on me. Booked two trips. One to Cancun, which worked out fine EXCEPT the ultra high pressure sales that involved several people with a final one telling me I should stop taking cheap vacations and wasting their time. I just returned from ******* after also paying the $502 fee. Except I get there and there is no reservation. Called ULR and they blamed me for not getting a phone call for a trip I booked in February. We ended up paying $2500 to stay at ********, which is a throwback hotel to the 70s. Thankfully, the staff were great and the location perfect. But I would never have spent that money to stay there. When I called ULR, they said it was my fault and they couldn't issue a refund for that trip. And Discover can't refund either. Expensive ****** learned.

I am also a victim of Universal Luxury Resorts. I, as well as the others purchased their promotion for $350. on January 9, 2024 I was told I was selected for a special deal due to my prior purchase of a Hilton Grand Vacation promotions and the package would include ************* and Resorts. After hemming and hawing, and being passed to other representatives for bigger and better deals, I finally agreed to purchase the package. Then I went on the Universal Luxury Resort web site and found the following problems; We were told they would be 4 star and above. We reviewed the places to stay on trip advisor and booking.com and noticed that most of them are 4 star and BELOW! That alone raised a red flag!We were told the that the length of stay would be 5 nights at any of their resorts and to our suprise it was for only certain locations and NOT all of them as we were told. Another big problem! Then the last and biggest problem was the fact that alot of the hotels and resorts had additional fees associated with them. I guess that slipped the sales person mind. For these reasons I tried to call the phone number to get the refund of $350 that same day it was posted, the number supplied was for booking only and was transferred to someone else. Talked to them on January 9, 2024 and was told no problem they would issue the claim and I should hear from them within 3-5 business days. Well that did not happen, what a surprise. I call them again on March 11, **************************************************** within 3-5 business days. We'll see if that happens.Buyers beware of anyone calling from this company or even associated with this company.

I am also a victim of Universal Luxury Resorts. I, as well as the others purchased their promotion for $435. I choose a hotel in **************, ** that was to be handicapped accessible water front room. Arrived at the hotel at 3:45 pm and handed my confirmation page to the check in representative. To my dismay, I was not listed anywhere in their hotel and they never dealt with Universal Luxury Resorts. This occurred on Presidents Day Weekend. I quickly called Universal Luxury Resorts and was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes. I finally spoke with someone named ***** who confirmed that the hotel never confirmed our reservation with them (Universal Luxury R) She pivoted and directed me to another hotel outside of ************* in *******, **. Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be a shamble as there were a group of men hanging out in the parking lot leaning up against their cars drinking beer. I proceeded to check in despite the foul smell in the lobby. At this point I was desperate to find a place to stay. Upon returning to my car my wife was in tears with the thought of staying in a flea bag hotel. We elected to cancel our check in and called Hiltons number and found a room with them for one night. Universal Luxury Resorts did not answer their phone after 4 pm on Friday. We were out in the cold without a reservation during a very busy weekend. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.

I received a phone solicitation for a promotional vacation package from Universal Luxury Resorts. The representative indicated I was selected for a special deal due to my prior purchase of a Hilton Grand Vacation promotion. After hemming and hawing, and being passed to other representatives for bigger and better deals, I finally agreed to purchase 2 vacation packages for $435 total. My ******** ******* card was charged immediately, and I received an email with terms and conditions, including one term that indicated the payment was non-refundable. I regretted the purchase almost immediately. On the 2nd business day after making the purchase, I sent an email and a fax to ULR indicating I wanted to cancel the agreement. California law provides a 3-day "cooling off period" in which such agreements, solicited by phone, can be canceled for any reason (or no reason at all). The law specifies that the refund must be issued within 10 days of notifying the business of the cancellation. I referenced the law in my communication (California Civil Code sections 1689.6 & 1689.7). It has been more than 10 business days and I've had no communication from ULR. As such, I filed a dispute with ******** *******, as well as this Review with BBB.

Received a call from a representative Universal Luxury Resorts offering 2 vacations for the price of $535. We were offered this because we had gone on a Hilton timeshare vacation in 2015. After reading BBB reviews and low ratings because the company does not answer phone calls, emails or follow through on booking the accommodations, I politely declined the offer. One of the reviews stated they had paid for the $535 in 2017 and still had not be able to claim a vacation by 2021. Thank you BBB for providing a forum to alert other buyers to beware.

The company doesn't disclose the terms and conditions of a sale when taking payment, they email it later and it isnt what was agreed upon. When you call them, they are rude, condescending and tell you to call your credit card company. Horrible service.
