      Hello, my name is ***** ************, and ******* ************ is my mother. She recently applied for a line of credit but was denied. While checking her credit report, she discovered that a Marriott timeshare has been affecting her credit for nearly seven years. She mentioned that Help 4 timeshare owners helped her exit the timeshare but suggested an alternative solution. Unfortunately, this issue is still reflected on my moms credit report. As her daughter, I want to better understand the situation. I'm reaching out because since my mother enrolled in their credit repair service years ago, she was assured that the item would be removed from her credit report. Seven years later, the item is still on her credit report. This item should be removed from my moms credit report immediately.       We contracted with the company in 2017 to absolve our association with a Virginia Beach timeshare. Years later, it appears that the job was never done as the timeshare continues to show on our credit report and we get periodic letters. We have tried to contact the company to no avail. I have emailed, faxed, and left several messages with no response, and no phone line that anyone ever answers. I just want them to confirm and provide proof that the title has been transferred and documented and confirmed with the timeshare company. Attached is a copy of the guarantee they provided after taking our money.
