This company called me with a deal that was too good to be true! After reading all of these reviews, I know it was a REAL SCAM. All of these review names ans details line up with the sales persons pitch. I hope these scammers get caught!

Just see all the others They are scammers, tell lies, they dont do anything they say they are going to do, and they know you only have so much time to dispute, I even got them in writing that they didnt do their job and my CC company said too much time had passed. It is very frustrating, Im over it.

Wish you could give a zero star. this has been 10 months with no progress. Its a complete scam and at this point I am thankful I only spent $499 for 2 weeks I will never get back. I have asked for updates and get yelled at constantly or verbally abused for asking. Leo is who I have had the upmost pleasurer of dealing with. he is rude and wont shut up. At this point I know I have been scammed and am just having fun with it. So many holes in stories and the address for the place is not real. DONT BE THE NEXT VICTUM!!

I signed up in December of 2022 and nothing has happened since. Initial I got feed back saying they were working on it and asked me to send info which I did then nothing happened after that. Now for the past 2 months they stopped answering my calls and they do not respond to requests for a refund.

This company does not even deserve to receive the 1 star! Two years of promises to rent out my weeks and nothing. No one will return my phone calls nor will they reply to emails. I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions.

If there was a zero star rating that’s what I would pick. I spent almost 3,000 for rental advertising almost a year ago. At first they try till 180 days are up but never returned phone calls after 60 days I requested money back and have not recieved anything or gotten a call back please do not work with this company they are scammers! Leo is rude condescending belligerent and never follows through!

In July I was contacted by a person stating to be from Holiday Inn Club Vacations Corporate sales team. My husband and I Joined Holiday Inn Club Vacations this May. This program is a timeshare rental program. The person who called me stated they were able to rent my 6 weeks of vacation club for the 2023 season at $1400/week if I wanted to. • cost to me would be $299/week investment for them to market the weeks which would leave me with a profit of $6600. • I agreed (due to a promise of a 90 day guarantee) • I was transferred to a person who stated they worked for CGR Marketing, a company that was not affiliated with the IHG Vacation Club team, to execute the contract as they were the marketing agency for the process. I tried calling the direct line I had been given multiple times and received no answer – so I sent an email to their customer service e-mail requesting an update. They stated that my rental would be highlighted in their marketing the week of September 3rd and I’d be contacted shortly after for a review of the offer acceptance process. After reviewing more information online about this business and seeing many complaints on the Better Business Bureau for a Corporate Getaway Rentals, LLC, I emailed the CS email stating I wanted a full refund and that I wanted out of the agreement because It was clear to me they were fraudulent. Within an hour I received a call from someone who stated they were their “Legal” Department and he attempted to walk me through the process. I have this call recorded if needed. • He claimed they were NOT this Corporate Getaway Rentals, LLC company. • told me that they did in fact have someone in line to rent my weeks. • asked me to give them until September 6th when they were going to call me and walk me through the process to accept an offer and start the process to transfer me the funds they had promised.

We were contacted in November 2021 and just like everyone else have been scammed. We started with one rep then were moved to Leo. I had to keep chasing him to get an update and provided countless options to him per his request. Back in March, I told him that just wanted our money back because it wasn't working out. I assured me that the company had one more chance to not accept the offer then after that they would have to. So we stuck it out. Again, nothing and countless chasing him and having to email customer services because no response. There were no negative reviews two years ago when we decided to trust this company. Absolutely frustrating and I am so mad at myself for signing up with them. DO NOT work with this company. Absolute nightmare. I wish we could just get our money back but guessing we are completely out of luck. It sickens me to know we have been scammed and lost our hard earned money.
