The imposed maintenance fees of $8,684.38, under my current circumstances, are both unjust and financially burdensome. Additionally, the requirement that hardship considerations are only based on medical conditions is unduly restrictive and lacks compassion for the complexities of life's unpredictable nature.It is with a heavy heart that I seek your intervention in this matter. I believe that Villas at Fortune Place should revisit their policies and adopt a more humane and flexible approach to accommodate their clients, especially during challenging times.
