    I entered a drawing for a product from this store on 3/11 at which I won the raffle on 3/14. At which I was charged for the item and the item began shipment on 3/18 from that point I noticed the next day that the shipment had signature required delivery, I then requested for the item to not be signed for but it was rejected by ****** The item was scheduled for delivery on 3/20 and was rescheduled to be delivered on 3/21 at which ***** still did not deliver but marked the item as delivered on the following Saturday (3/23) to my address on Thursday 3/21 at which it was not because I would have been there to sign for this item which I in fact did not. I reached out to this store Trophy Room in order to get my package sorted but they are not prevalent on the internet and lack customer service in general so I decided I would go in person at which they told me nothing can be done. ***** needs their 9 digit shipper number in order to obtain proof that the item was delivered but Trophy Room told me that they cannot help me with that so it has been a battle of the two companies while I am being thrown back and forth between the two. It is Trophy Rooms job to file a claim through ***** in order to refund me if they are unwilling to do this then I as the customer have to take a loss that was not my fault.

    Ordered a shoe in February and never received an email, tracking number, or the product. I’ve emailed them several times and only got 1 response. Terrible online customer service. And they do not have a listed phone number. You would think that being Michael Jordan’s son that you would receive outstanding service.
