    I ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. I emailed Trophy Room at the email address they provided with the order confirmation, and their help email address. I never received a single response. I tried to call them but they dont even have a phone number on ****** to contact them. There is a phone number on their Instagram but when you call it it doesnt even ring. What business makes it impossible for their customers to get in contact with them? They are clearly scamming and dont even care to make an effort to cover it up.

    I entered a drawing for a product from this store on 3/11 at which I won the raffle on 3/14. At which I was charged for the item and the item began shipment on 3/18 from that point I noticed the next day that the shipment had signature required delivery, I then requested for the item to not be signed for but it was rejected by ****** The item was scheduled for delivery on 3/20 and was rescheduled to be delivered on 3/21 at which ***** still did not deliver but marked the item as delivered on the following Saturday (3/23) to my address on Thursday 3/21 at which it was not because I would have been there to sign for this item which I in fact did not. I reached out to this store Trophy Room in order to get my package sorted but they are not prevalent on the internet and lack customer service in general so I decided I would go in person at which they told me nothing can be done. ***** needs their 9 digit shipper number in order to obtain proof that the item was delivered but Trophy Room told me that they cannot help me with that so it has been a battle of the two companies while I am being thrown back and forth between the two. It is Trophy Rooms job to file a claim through ***** in order to refund me if they are unwilling to do this then I as the customer have to take a loss that was not my fault.

    I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company on November 5th. They immediately took my money but refuse to update anyone on status of shipping. Today is the 24th. They will not respond to emails. On their socials, it seems everyone else has the same problem with them. They used a hurricane on website as an excuse that didn't affect them at all.

    I purchased a pair of sneakers from this store via online in December 2021 in the amount of $202.99. Unfortunately the sneakers were stolen by a ***** employee. In order to receive a refund from *****, I was told to contact The Trophy Room Store to have them submit a form to ***** that will allow me to do so. Or that they would have submit the form as the seller. I have contacted this business NUMEROUS times via their email address, social media and even by phone for almost 6 MONTHS. I have received no answers or responses. And when calling the number, a recording of someone holding the phone with background noise is all you hear, no one actually answers. Because of this, ***** will not refund my money.
