    SEPTEMBER 7,2024, I purchased a used 2017 bmw x 5 e drive from HONDA OF LAKE CITY and I wished I would've seen and read these reviews before I drove all the way from Jacksonville,florida, their website online and facebook is very deceiving about their vehicles and great deals that why I went their to purchased my vehicle in the first place.i only had this vehicle as of today it made 4 months and it has been a complete nightmare bought 2 batteries that cost me $523.50, together all kinds of lights come on the vehicle and it stopped on me as I was getting ready to go to the HONDA OF LAKE CITY this morning on JANUARY 7, 2025.Call the finance manager at HONDA OF LAKE CITY name LARRY and he told me to get the truck to them so I called my insurance company and they told me since it was outside of the area I would've to pay out of my pocket $277.50, then I called the finance manager Larrry back and told him and he told me I wouldn't have to pay because I've the Honda Advantage Plan in which I don't have no paperwork saying that when I was told everything was going to be mailed to me and as of today I still don't have it then the finance manager said, to me could I come without the vehicle and I said, yes and he will send someone to pick the vehicle up and will put me in another vehicle. So I had my Auntie to drive me to HONDA OF LAKE CITY today January 7, 2025.Then salesman pulled my credit again and I know because it came to my phone that my credit was pulled.Then the finance manager Larry came over and told me because of my credit he couldn't help me when I came there in September my credit was lower than the score he seen today at that time I trade my 2017 cadillac xts and was given towards my down payment of $6500.00, towards this 2017 bmw x5 lemon now I'm stuck but, I will tell you this I will not stop here this dealership needs to be shut down and all these complaints will form a class action suit. I am angry,upset, and not pleased with situation at all.

    I'm replying to the the business and the person that replied named ********** saying to reach out to him directly to be of assistance to help the issue with my vehicle.I called on Monday 1/13/25- I was told Mr ******* doesn't work on Mondays,so on Tuesday 1/14/25- I was told ********** was in a meeting tried calling back later still wasn't able to reach him once again.Wednesday 1/15/25- I called Honda of Lake City to reach out to ********** I was transferred to his extension where no one picked up the phone left me holding so long I just hung ******** is Thursday 1/16/25- I called Honda of Lake City again to speak with **********, once again and still no one picks up the phone nor no one could concern whether or not he was there left on the phone once again holding the line so long I hung the phone up again.This situation got me so upset and angry because no one has reached out to me yet to solve this issue with my 2017 *** X 5 E DRIVE and the end of the day I still have a vehicle I can't drive and still got to pay on it as well as the insurance payments.I also sent an email the Morgan auto group who owns Honda of Lake City and I was also mailing the letters also.Since no one will reach out to me I must take this further.

    On January *******, I called back later that day and finally spoke to **** *******, and explained all the issues I was having with my 2017 *** x5 40 e drive and our conversation I felt wasn't going nowhere but, **** ******* suggested that I get the vehicle to them at my expense in which the Honda Advantage Plan it cost me $96.00, for the tow.After, I responded back to the text Honda of Lake City sent me when they received my car that I've not received a response about my vehicle then **** called me and told me there's nothing wrong with my vehicle it just needed some gas and to be charged and I know that's a lie this vehicle had safety showing seatbelt light,check engine light,and power train drive carefully before it was towed to ************************** is it **** telling me there's nothing wrong all of this bulls***, what happened to diagnostic test free of charge I would like the paperwork on that because there's no way **** can tell me he looked at my vehicle you can't tell what's wrong by looking at a vehicle and before I come and get this vehicle I want everything done to see what can be done to help me in the situation and **** ******* if you're going to respond back to this reply give me a call directly ************, I will be looking forward for your call.

    After all of today which is January *******, **** ***** who worked on my 2017 *** X 5, called me as I was half way to Honda of Lake City and tell me after I kept telling **** ************ *******,that something was wrong with my vehicle and I was told it wasn'**** today **** ***** told me on the phone he found out what was wrong and it's the air shock suspensions and for **** ***** to ask **** ******* (General Manager),what can be done to help me with this situation because this month on January 7,made 4 months of having this vehicle and a whole month going on 2 months without a vehicle I can't drive and still got to make payments this is so not fair and something needs to be ******** you going tell me my vehicle is ready to pick up and I can't drive it with the air rod suspensions gone what do I suppose to do from ******* one is trying to meet me half way I paid money out of my pocket to have the vehicle towed to Honda of Lake City and I can't get accommodations to get the vehicle back to me and this will be the 2 nd trip I've made here to Honda of Lake City still not satisfied.**** ******* only did diagnosis test to see what's wrong but, still not trying to help with the problem.I am not stopping here I am contacting the owner@morganautogroup and corporate office too.

    JANUARY 24, 2024,Today I called Honda of Lake City to talk to **** ***** before him I talked another service provider named ****** I also ask him could he also check my vehicle out to see why the back rear was sagging because I've notice that too. **** kept telling what all he checked and didn't see nothing wrong and my vehicle was ready for pick up and I told him I was on my way to pick up my vehicle and **** ***** also stated Ms. ******* we found out what is wrong with your vehicle 2017 *** x5 40e drive it's your air rod suspensions. I said, I knew it was something wrong with my vehicle because I kept saying something was wrong. I only had this vehicle a couple weeks after the 90 days mark and shouldn't be having these problems this early on of possession of this vehicle.**** ******* you stated, in your response here you will do a free diagnostic test no cost to me ok you did that but, what you didn't do as replied in the review to find the root of the issue to identify the root of the problem and discuss potential solutions and that didn't happen today. **** ******* (General Manager),When **** ***** asked him what was he's going to do about the issue now about air rod suspensions and his response was nothing. Then as I was getting ready to leave to keys to the vehicle and come back home without the vehicle then **** ******* come running back outside talking about what's the problem like I don't know what i was talking about and trying to talk over me at the same time trying to switch my words around like I said, something different trying to intimidate me because I am a woman, but that didn't work well with me.Then **** ******* offered me only two options to get me out of the vehicle into another vehicle but, I would need $1400 or I can drive the vehicle home it's fine we drove it 25 miles and there's no lights on now in the vehicle and take my phone number and if it breaks down on my way back to ************, ***, he will pay for the tow himself. What an option to a resolution to the problem. I drove the vehicle back home and the lights appeared back on both dashboards but, let **** ******* tell it there's no lights on and I took the pictures and sent them to his direct cell phone that he gave me today before I left Honda of Lake city. Since **** ******* said, **** ***** suggested air rod suspensions but, when I talked to **** ***** today he told me he found the root of the problem it was air rod suspensions and the lights are back on like I don't know the functions was reset for the lights to go back off but, they didn't stay off so stop with the lies. At the end of the day let me suggest something stop selling cars at Honda of Lake City to customers that they can't fix at their dealership. Then I asked for the paperwork for Powertrain Lifetime Warranty from **** ******* with a phone number on but, instead **** ******* told me the air rod suspensions was covered by the warranty i called on my cellphone while at the dealership and they're not covered just like thought another lie told like **** ******* has his lying license and I am sick of it.3 months and a few weeks I need air rod suspensions at who cost I guess mines because they can't fix it at their dealership nor will **** *******. This vehicle wasn't fully inspected before sold to me and most vehicles has a paper on window stating as is, miles, warranty or no warranty make and model and this vehicle was just traded in by another customer and pushed on me by a salesman.

    Update: I got the car towed to HONDA OF LAKE CITY and it stay there for a week and the finance manager **** ******* assured me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and no lights was on and all it needed was some gas and it started up.That's BS too because I never said, it wouldn't start because the tow truck driver drove it up on the ********** exactly statement was the vehicle cut off on me and all kinds of lights came on and I waited a couple of minutes before restarting the vehicle and came back home so that's why I had to get it towed.Well anyway HONDA OF LAKE CITY WILL NOT FIX MY CAR,KEPT MY TRADE AND NOW I'VE MADE THE DECISION TO LET THE FINANCE COMPANY WHICH IS EXETER FINANCE TO COME AND PICK UP THIS JUNK YES I DID A VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF THIS VEHICLE AND ALSO CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE BY CERTIFIED MAIL AND EMAIL AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING YET AND MY NEXT STEP CONSULTANTING A LEGAL COUNSEL & OR NEWS REPORTER.I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MY TRADE.

    They sold me a broken car that was a death trap. Transmission needed to be replaced. They have been "working" on the car for about 3 weeks. Haven't heard anything from them. I called and had 2 people tell me different things about when they got the transmission in and when they were starting to "work" on it. Basically there waiting 30 days to tell me I'm screwed and I have to pay on a car that doesn't work. I asked multiple times to cancel it under buyers remorse and they said "we cant". The bank also said they can't cancel a loan and I'd have to talk to the dealership to cancel it, but the dealership won't let me. So now I have to pay monthly for a car I haven't even drove, and I'm out the down payment I put on it. They are some scummy business people there. Avoid at all costs!! I had the car for 2 days out of the 30 and there just straight f-ing me over.

    I bought a car 10/5/24 I posted out a few problems with it as it is a used vehicle, I was told by multiple employees that those issues WOULD BE FIXED, Now Ive been hassled all week about getting these things fixed. Business cannot lie to promote the sale of their vehicles, its illegal. Theft by deception.

    One star is being generous. The absolute worst dealership. They have no qualms about selling a used car with known problems and then telling you its your problem. in 2 months since purchase, the car has been in their service center over 5 weeks, and they finally said we cant help you anymore, take it to another dealer. Before buying from this dealership, check the reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints. Find a reputable dealership.

    I bought a used ***** Silverado 1500 4x4 on 11/22/23. I love my truck. The buying process was extremely simple and easy. The sales rep even reminded me to test the 4x4 during the test drive to make sure there weren't any issues with it (I've taken it offroad a few times it works great.) During the test drive I noticed the fuel take was on empty but I didnt say anything. After I did all the paperwork and they pulled the truck around, it had been completely detailed and they filled the fuel tank. 10/10 experience.

    I bought a car here November 20th and now 3 months later. Exactly to the day i'm being told that the car is worthless and the engine needs to be replaced. Honda as repeatedly told me that I paid for the car as is and that there's nothing further that they can do to assist me. So basically I have had a consistent problem. Every couple of weeks with the same car. And now it seems I am just out of everything i've put into it. It seems illegal, but have recently learned. The lemon law only applies to brand new vehicles. I would recommend steering clear of the establishment if you want to have legitimate and honest business.

Our vehicles are sold as-is, although we do offer multiple different warranty options that you passed on when you purchased your vehicle. I haven't spoken to you, and neither has any of my management team; I am unsure who told you we wouldn't help, but, a phone call to someone in my leadership team is the best place to help. I am more than willing to try help with ensuring you get a fair cost on replacing / fixing your vehicle.

    Worst service department in town. They had my vehicle for over a week without doing a thing to it. They also incorrectly diagnosed a problem charging me $125 to tell me my ac only needed freon. It sat there so long without being touched and with no communication from them that I just gave up, gave them the $125 for nothing and took the vehicle to another mechanic. With me standing next to him he popped the hood and immediately saw where the freon was very obviously leaking from. Now I'm doubting that this dealership even looked under the hood before charging me for this diagnosis. There's much more that went wrong here but not enough room to post.
