Complaints have been filed against Rountree-Moore Nissan concerning: *Loan total $16,000 over what was agreed *Loan duration 24-months longer than agreed *Warranty of wrong duration *Fraudulent Advertising Practices: Bait and Switch *Deceptive Loan Practices *Deceptive Business Practices concerning three employees at Roun-Tree Moore Nissan. Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Sales Lead. New buyer was told did not qualify for online advertising prices due to being 1st time buyer. Was told did not qualify for online advertised NMAC interest rate due to being 1st time buyer. Was led to believe the numbers on the paperwork were different during signing due to verbal communications by loan underwriter. When it was brought to attention of Management, response was "It doesn't sound like something we should be doing [...] but, it doesn't matter what was spoken during signing, we have your signature, so you have to pay whatever the paperwork says. The paperwork says the vehicle is yours. Legally you own it. Drive it off the lot." The wrecked 2022 Sentra ended up costing more than a new 2024 version of the same model after the paperwork errors. 2 representatives from the Nissan Consumer Affairs Division apologized profusely for their actions by the franchisee staff and the poor experience. Was told not to drive the car off the lot by Nissan Consumer Affairs. Rountree-Moore is still trying to push the loan through while the car is still in their lot. Response being awaited by State Attorney General. Investigations by the Consumer Protection Bureau of the FTC pending. Anyone who buys a car at Rountree-Moore Nissan should have a hidden camera attached and be prepared to report staff to local police for criminal prosecution.

I thank they are thefts and very unethical. My mother went in to get her truck serviced. She is having a little trouble staying focused she has called me a couple of times lost between her house and town. Some kind of way they talked her in to trading in a truck that was half paid for and 4 door For a truck one year older that was an extended cab 2 door with twice the mileage and a lot more money Brought her payments up to $750 a month she is only fixed income and only gets 800 a month. She cannot make the payments they are trying to repo it now. I asked her why she done it and she kept saying the salesman told her she could afford it she kept telling him she was on a fixed income but he confused her enough to make her sign the papers.

I believe we are talking about ******************************, which is a customer that we value very much. She has purchased several vehicles, with Rountree Moore Nissan. I was never made aware of any issue. Her last purchase was a 2020 Nissan Frontier, which she traded her 2020 Nissan Frontier (same year and not a year older). She purchased on 3-21-2023. The amount financed on the truck she traded was $38,836.07, when she purchased it in September 2020. The amount financed on the truck we sold, on 3-21-23, was only $32,913.98. ****************** mentions it was lot more money. In fact, it was $5,922.09 less than her purchase made in 2020. Her payment was $706.58 and not $750. The bank approved and funded the deal. ***************** was not "talked into anything". She signed over 50 forms, with the monthly payment and amount financed, clearly displayed. The process to purchase typically takes approximately two hours, and she had plenty of time to change her mind. Even after the purchase, ***************** completed a customer phone interview, with Exeter Financing. She stated that she had agreed to the buy the truck, and they reviewed the monthly payment and amount financed. This phone interview was completed, without anybody from our dealership present, and it was done a few days, after her visit. We value ***************** and her continued business and please let us know, if we can ever assist her in anyway.

My experience with ******** and **** has been less than great. Less than two weeks after purchasing a 2020 ***** Colorado with ****** miles, my check engine light came on. I called **** to discuss possible options. **** informed me this would be up to a sales manager, so I requested to be called back by one. I then tried to confirm with **** that he had my phone number to provide to a sales manager, and I was met with a quick yep and immediately hung up on. 1 month later and multiple phone calls to the dealership, I still have not received a phone call back. The check engine light was determined to be caused by exceedingly dirty oil, the dealership was made aware of this and they refuse to entertain the idea they forgot to do an oil change prior to my sale. I have since sent a letter to the General Manager, the Regional Director for the Morgan Auto Group (********** owners), and the Morgan Auto Groups Reputation Director, with no response given.Additionally, one month after purchase, I became aware that **** gave me an incorrect VIN when setting up my insurance, so my truck was not insured for the first month I owned it Would not recommend this dealership or **** if you expect any customer service help.

We contacted *****************************, once we were made aware of these issues. We have agreed to reimburse ************************ for a sensor repair, which ************************ made us aware of. Our conversation, with ************************, was amicable. ************************ said that he would change his negative reviews, to positive reviews, which we sincerely appreciate. We appreciate ************************************** business and the opportunity to rectify this situation.

This customer brought her 169,050-mile 2015 Pathfinder to us Feb 08, 2023, for a rattle noise in the front of the vehicle as well as for a no start and some maintenance items. We addressed the items, including the rattle, which we found was coming from the air conditioner compressor. With the client's approval, we replaced the air conditioner compressor, and she picked up the car. After taking the vehicle, the client called then stated that the air conditioner was not blowing strong enough or cold enough. We took the vehicle back in and provided alternate transportation to the client. We replaced 2 o-rings, in the air conditioner system, that looked suspect and evacuated and recharged the system. The vehicle was blowing cold as the system is designed, and we tried to deliver the vehicle back to the client. The client then stated that after the vehicle gets hot, from running, the air blows warm. We took the vehicle back and ran a complete test of the system as the symptom was not presenting itself to us. We ran the vehicle for extended lengths of time, in various weather conditions. We performed many system checks and pressure checks. Our technicians performed many extensive test drives to the vehicle to try to replicate the issue. We performed an evaporator clean, in the event that there was debris in the evaporator, as this vehicle is quite dirty and has sustained various amounts of damage to it. After multiple attempts to duplicate the symptom over many days, as the client was insistent that this symptom was occurring, we delivered the vehicle to her at her place of business in Mayo, which is quite some distance from us. The vehicle blew ice cold all the way to her, and we showed it to her when we arrived, and she gave us our loaner back, and we reunited her with her car. This entire time she had incurred no additional expenses, from us, since the original purchase of the compressor, and she always had alternate transportation available to her, at the dealership's expense, during the time the vehicle was brought back to us. After the customer submitted the BBB complaint, we reached back out to her to offer to look at the vehicle again and offer her a loaner vehicle but had to leave a message. On May 2nd, we picked up the Pathfinder and delivered her a loaner to use, until we figured out the problem she is having with the air conditioner. After many more extensive tests and tests runs to duplicate the symptom, we were finally able to have it act up for us about a week later. We traced this problem to an air conditioning line running under the vehicle, from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle for the rear air. There was a bend in the pipe where something had apparently come into contact with it, under the vehicle. We replaced the line, and after further testing, we reunited the client with her vehicle. On May 15th, she stated that it started doing it again. Once again we delivered the loaner vehicle to her and brought her car back to the dealership. After many more tests and extensive run tests we recreated the symptom and found the compressor weak. Likely due to added pressure from the bent A/C line. We parts warrantied out the compressor and retested. Vehicle operated as designed. On May 25th, we reunited the client with her vehicle, and she has stated that it is blowing cold and working great.

They are unethically non empathetic crooks that will shotgun your credit just to get a deal done. I asked them to not run my credit all over the place and they said that they had a place in mind for my loan. I drove the car for 11 days before they called me to bring the car back because the bank would no longer be approving my loan due to income reported didnt match my paystubs and W2 that I provided the dealership. Keeping in mind that I never reported my income only provided documentation that was requested by the dealership and they reported. Now to my surprise they ran my credit application through more then 10 different banks all declining to accept the loan. I returned the car and my credit is absolutely shot. Never not once did they ask me to run my credit any further and when I arrived to bring back the car they actually made me wait to turn in the keys unapologetically non empathetic and very unprofessional. This is ******** Nissan in ********* **. Also if you try to leave a negative review or do a survey that isnt highlighting how great they are it will disappear from being seen on their site. Bottom line they are crooks and manipulative unprofessional non empathetic creeps shady as they come.
