      I did about 10 detailing jobs as a mobile detailer for All American Detailing (and their sister company called detailing Bros). They strung me a long for weeks, while I was coming out of pocket for supplies and gas. Well send payment asap type attitude. After about $2,000-$3,000 of work piled up, they ghosted me without pay. No issue from the customers end. They were thrilled with results and tipped generously. 100% a scam this company. Thieves.

      They got me for $250 last year. Paid ahead of time. Rescheduled at least 6 times. Absolutely insane. Called to get refund numerous times. Wasted so many hours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This company is nothing more than a scam. They got me for $774.94, I cancelled the appointment several days before it was scheduled, at that time they stated that they would refund my money to my account. I waited a week and then started calling them, they would put me on hold in their *, no matter what department I tried they never answered. I called for weeks and waited sometimes for hours. No matter where I was in the * it never advanced, sometimes I was #1. They must have caller ID and put me on a list for people we have scammed. I finally gave up. So I would strongly suggest that doing business with this company is a Mistake!

      Made you pay upfront - never heard of such a thing; did it anyway; they did not arrive at allocated time - so I thought I have been scammed. Couldnt reach anyone in the office; someone finally arrived late the same day - no checking if I was actually available - which I wasnt. The person who arrived was an independent who was used by American detailing. He was a sweet heart. I filed complaint and cancelled service as I went elsewhere. I asked for refund. Finally got it. This morning I get a text saying they are sending someone out. Certainly not initiated by me. DO NOT USE THEM

      I am disputing the charge of $531.64 that was debited from my checking account on Monday, April 15, 2024 via All American Mobile Detailing. The charge was debited from my checking account without any services being rendered. Initially, I was scheduled to have a vehicle detailing at my home on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 between the hours of 0800 and 0900. At 0800, I received a text message from All American Mobile Detailing stating that the detailing was going to have to be rescheduled due to the detailer having a family emergency. The detailing was rescheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2024 between the hours of 0800 and 0900. I received a telephone call from All American Mobile Detailing stating that the detailing was going to have to be rescheduled due to the detailer not having the correct equipment. The detailing was rescheduled For Thursday, May 2, 2024 between the hours of 0800 and 0900. I received a telephone call stating the detailing was going to have to be rescheduled due to the detailer having a family emergency. It was during that telephone call that I requested that all services be cancelled and that I receive a refund in the amount of $531.64. I was told that I would receive a refund in the amount of $531.64 in approximately seven to ten business days, which I did not. I contacted All American Mobile Detailing to inquire as to why I had not received a refund and was told that there was a hold on the refund due to the amount of the refund. I was told that I would receive a refund in the amount of $531.64 in approximately two to three business days, which I did not. Following this telephone call, I attempted to contact All American Mobile Detailing again, but did not receive an answer.Prior to the above, I had no dealings or interactions with All American Mobile Detailing and I would encourage others to not attempt business with this company. The only reason one star was given is because a rating is required in order to post the review.

      They don't even deserve a star!Are still up to ripping off customers. Bill your credit card prior to the service. No shows on day of service. Will not refund my money.
