Hello I have/had a solar loan and was told it was in discharge but the person wouldn't/couldn't explain what that meant. Long story: got the loan over a year ago, clean.tech was the installer, had a contract for a solar system that includes a battery, 21 panels, and all the connecting parts and they were to pull all permits and do the paperwork for the electrical company. Well that's not what happened. I did get panels on the roof, however was not to site plan and will fail inspection because they did not leave the 3' fire easement I did not approve the site plan because where they planned to put the battery and the inverters is a set of stairs, they sent a second draft of the site plan, I also didn't approve because the batters and stuff were slated to go where a shed is. All clean.tech did was place the panels on a roof, not much else of the contract . Clean.tech went under in November, Out of business I was told by Sunlight, but not before telling you the install was complete when it wasn't. I did reach out to you multiple times to let you know the install was not complete before the 60 day payment was due to start. I made 3 payments and later had the payments pulled back because I do not have even 1/2 of the system I have the $43,000 loan for. I have been the one contacting Addition multiple times every month trying to get you to understand how much of the system I was missing only to get told well you got the panels. Just the panels is not a solar system and not worth anywhere near $43,000, in fact according to the city permit it is worth $5977.77. Sunlight is supposed to be getting a new installer to finish the install but have been saying that for 6mts and still no work has been done and no contact from sunlight or a new installer. If I NEED a new installer that would mean the original install was never complete right? If the install was never complete then why did the payments start? I had told Addition all this multiple times every month but no one listened

I called addition financial at the beginning of May in regards to my lost credit card which had three fraud charges of $818.01 on May 2nd, 900.00 on May 4th, and $861.48 on May 9th. I have been calling every week since then with promises that someone would call me back in 2-3 business days in regards to the fraud charges that are still on my account. This still has not happened. As i was typing this complaint i was on the phone with a representative who put me on hold after speaking with her for about 15-17 mins. She hung up the phone and has yet to return my call. This is ridiculous that I'm having to go through this as a customer and thank goodness I did not bring any of my other accounts over to additional. They continue to tell me that one of the charges of $818.01 was reversed back to my account however that is not shown in any of my statements. But again, after i have been fighting this for a month only to be hung up on and a call not returned and my situation is still not resolved? I will be posing this horrible experience on all of my social media platforms, and filing a complaint with the CFPB as well. This is ridiculous.

On my payment date I was charge by mistake of the *************** Hotels and was processed a payment reversal. The Addition bank customer service rep attempted to tell me that they could not pause or fund the account even after also confirming with ****** Hotel therefore allowing my account to appear as if my account was not paid in full on time as I do every month. This not only was terrible service but also impact the customer directly that is also supporting your terrible community bank. Not sure what the upside to having this bank when you're negatively impacting your customer's personal financial history due to lack of coverage or false information. Nearly every bank provides or will credit their customer's account in these rare cases especially when they've confirmed with the other merchant. Please explain where I may be confused and also how you will resolve my credit reporting?

Addition Financial's Legal Department has reviewed Mr. ********'s concerns in an effort to ensure that Mr. ******** was treated properly by Addition Financial. Mr. ********, in his complaint, states that his credit history has been negatively impacted by a credit provided by Hilton Garden Inn to Mr. ********'s Addition Financial credit card account. However, Addition Financial is unable to identify any negative consequences to Mr. ********'s credit history on account of this credit. As shown on the credit card statements provided by Mr. ********, a Hilton Garden Inn transaction posted on April 11th in the amount of $181.13. On April 18th, Hilton initiated a credit for the amount of $181.13, which posted back to Mr. ********'s credit card account on April 24th.
