            I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. They over charged me for services when my insurance covered 100%. When i requested my refund back, the female psychologist (Dr *********************** that i was seeing ended up giving me back ***** only. When i paid ****** dollars towards sessions. My insurance company told me that they should refund me the whole thing back because they covered me and my services 100%. When i called and let the office know and the psychologist know that i still needed and request the remaining of my refund, there was always some excuse. They would not give me my refund back for over 2 months. And when I went to go pick it up myself, (took my over 1 hr to get there) they wouldn't even open the door. They were chatting and laughing in the office behind the door. (I could hear them) and I waited 1 hour and they still would not open the door. I left without my refund. To me they are highly untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all. And I want and need my refund of ****** dollars back. Please assist if there is anything that can be done. Thank you.

            Worst place to go take your child run away beware to his person is not perfesional at all do not consider people valuable time just hers never got results try to work with her my daughter was seeing her for 5 months to just go back to the begining no results just frustration she needs to go out of business she's a fruad takes people insurance money bbb please do something with this lady
