Our *** hired this company to ******** our community roadway a couple of months ago. On the day the job was to begin, the owner was very unprofessional, and downright rude when trying to speak to him regarding an aspect of the job. No customer service skills at all! He apparently did not like the fact that I questioned him about a bit of confusion regarding logistics, and literally had his crew walk off the job before they even started. Do not use this company! The owner is very temperamental and ego-driven and gave up a job, made his employees go home without work for the day, just to assuage his ego. Buyer beware... I do not recommend using this company as they are undependable!

Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. We wish to provide a clear and factual account of the situation: 1. Our company attended all scheduled meetings and arrived on site as contracted to begin the road coating project. 2. Upon arrival we encountered demands that deviated from agreed upon professional procedures. As experienced asphalt contractors we must follow specific protocols to ensure quality results and worker safety. 3. Given the confrontational nature of the interaction and concerns about potiential interference with our work procedures, we made the professional decision to withdrawl from the projet before commencement. This decision was made to: Protect our workers safety adn well being, maintain our professional standards, avoid a potintially problematic business relationship 4. Important facts to note: No payment was ever received for this project, no work was ever commenced on the site, we proptly filed formal documentaionof our withdrawl from the project. 5. Following our departure we received communication from the complaintant requesting we return orffering to remain uninvolved during the work however given the initial interaction we maintain our decision to withdrawal. as we believed it to be in the best interest of everyone. Additionally, we have documentation of subsequent defamatory social media post about our company regarding this incident and have retained legal counsel. We believe this complaint doesn't accurately represent the professional manner in which we handled this situation. We request that this complaint be closed as we acted in our rights as a business to decline work where we believed conditions would not allow for successful completion.

I hired this company on September 14 to lay a asphalt drive way and RV pad from day one it has been one issue after another the pad was poured incorrectly with nearly a 6 inch slope that would not allow the carport to be installed. After nearly 50 text to the owner jarred he stated they would return to level it out. They returned after nearly 4 weeks they laid down some Asphalt and didn’t even compact it so the pad is now sinking. the pad is not completed to this point the company has been paid $7,150 anyone considering hiring this company should think twice do some research and find a reputable company

We never did any work for this person and dont have a owner named ******. Must be the wrong company.
