So me and my fianc just move to the ******* area so we was looking for a place close to stay for both our jobs , so we found paramount lakeside for a great price , due to the ratings and reviews we were skeptical at first but we decided to give it a try because we like to give people a try ourselves . But now I regret Even coming here . My tub was clogged , my toilet was clogged , my tv and Wi-Fi also didnt work . Which was on the contract that its part of our nightly stay . There was roaches in my microwave , plugs that were loose and mold everywhere . I have pictures to prove it as well . When I asked for a refund and my deposit back I was disrespected and called a b**** just cause I wanted to speak to a manger about getting a refund or a ************* . So they trespassed me and my fianc . I no longer care to go back to that place after all the disrespect and them not treating their guest as their first priority. I wanted to take this matter into my own hands cause I wouldnt want any other guest to come and have the same issue I had . This place seriously needs to get investigated cause its crazy . All their workers are a bunch of crack heads and meth heads . Not professional at all .
