5 starsOur original contact with AM Exterior Aluminum was not a good one. We contracted with ******************************* of AM Exterior Aluminum, ** on November 5, 2022 after Hurricane ***. He "misrepresented" himself as the owner of the company. We dealt with him for 9 months and had finally requested our full amount refunded as work was never started. ******************************* wrote us a bad check for our reimbursement. This man is has taken the good name and reputation AM Exterior Aluminum and of the actual owner *************************** and has tried to ruin it. We cannot express enough the professional way ***************** handled our complaint. He assessed the situation, said it would be in engineering, permitting then they would complete the work. He and his office manager, *****, kept in contact with us continuously during this process. Our pool cage and composite lanai roof was completed and is absolutely beautiful. ***************** went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. AM Exterior Aluminum is definitely a company we will refer friends to for work to be completed.Review fromCraig N

We hired AM Exterior Aluminum to replace our Pool cage and other small jobs after Hurricane ***. I dealt with *****************************. Everything went fine until it came time for us to leave for the summer and they were not done completing the agreed upon work. They never came back to install the guy wire cables on the pool cage. On top of that I made the worst mistake by prepaying ****** $5000 for replacing/repairing our gutters which he assured me he would do. He seemed like such a nice fellow I trusted him. My mistake! Once we left he never came back despite my numerous calls.

Hello *****, I'm *************************** ************ Owner of AM Exterior Aluminum, ******************************* stole my contract erase my name & Info and sold numerous of jobs under his name getting customer to pay him under his name and not under AM exterior aluminum....he has taken advantage of my good BBB rating. I have file charge on him with the charlotte county sheriff office case # ****-****** Deputy ******. Please give me a call so we can resolve this matter.
