      Last year we had to replace the roof on our house located at *********************************** due to a water leak from our roof. Sun-Tec Solar Energy originally installed about 20 solar panels on our roof around 2016/2017. The roofer had advised us to use the same company to remove and reinstall the 20 solar panels. Before installing the new roof last May, we contacted Sun-Tec and entered into a contract with them for the removal and re-installation of the solar panels after the new roof was completed. ******* charged us about $5,700 for the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels. We paid the whole amount. They removed the solar panels for us in May 2023 before our roof was installed and re-installed them in September 2023, a few months after our new roof was installed. We had to wait about 3 months for them to re-install it because they are extremely busy. Since they had reinstalled the 20 solar panels last September, the solar panels have not been working. The *** monthly bills kept getting higher. We contacted ******* several times about this issue, they finally sent a technician to check it by the end of last year. The technician said that everything is working properly, and that he was going to send us some proof that we can take to ***, but we never received anything from Sun-Tec. I have attached the *** energy consummation chart to show that the panels are hardly working. We need Sun-Tec to fix our solar panels immediately because we don't see any savings from *** bills.       Had my roof replaced and additional solar panels added to the roof. During the process of roof replacement they failed an inspection and the team left my property without fully covering the roof. It rained and I had a large amount of water enter through the roof into my home. I called as soon as this started to occur and it took 50 plus hours for anyone to come back and cover the roof to stop the inflow of water. I had a fair amount of interior damage due to the leaking. They have since completed the roof and done most of the repairs but after multiple attempts to get them to complete my interior repairs over the past 7 plus months they have failed to do the final repair. I also reported that the roof has a fault and water is leaking between the gutter and facia boards right over the door. Whenever it rains water flows in this area and if I open the door it leaks all over the door in use. A crew came out to try and repair and said it was likely from the metal replacement being smaller than the original. They tried to repair with caulk but it has not helped. I would like both items to be corrected without further expense or effort on my part as I have already spent a ton of time and effort to get what they have done completed.

      I purchased solar panels from Sun-Tec solar Energy in 2023. In 2024 I needed a new roof so contacted Sun-Tec to remove the solar panels which they did on 2-2-24. When my new roof was completed and final received I contacted Sun-Tec to reinstall the panels on 5-12-24. ****** scheduled it for 6-7-24 between 8 a.m and 12. At 10 a.m. I called to check if they had an idea of arrival time. ********* informed me that they would not be coming because they had to order parts (bolts). I asked why they hadn't ordered when they removed the panels. No answer. ********* said she would get with management (******) and try to get me on the list by the end of the month. 6-13-24 11:30 I called. l left word to return my call. 6-14-24 2:30 I called and spoke to *********. She advised that ******* would be taking over for her. Said I was one of those on the top of the list. I asked if they could be courteous enough to return my phone calls I told her that I do expect a call next week. She said that she had been working with ****** about this. 6-20-24 3:27 p.m. called and spoke to *******. She said she was going to check with ****** and get back to me. Never did. 7-1-24 9:04 a.m. I called and spoke to *******. She said she had emailed management a few weeks ago and had heard nothing. She will get with ****** and see if they can get me scheduled. 7-9-24 12:15 p.m. called and left word to call me today. 3:00 p.m. I called and left message on receptionist voicemail. I still have heard nothing and just want to be able to use the product I purchased from this company and don't have the benefits of saving money especially during this hot weather. I certainly hope that you can get me some help. I have paid for the panels in full and have paid to have them removed.

      I HAD SUN TECH SOLAR INSTALL MY SYSTEM. THEY FIRST INSTALLED 2 SYSTEMS ON MY PROPERTY, 1 ON THE MAIN HOUSE AND 1 ON MY **** ****. AFTER INSTALLATION LCEC CAME OUT AND WOULD NOT TURN THE **** SYSTEM ON, THE **** HAD NO APPROVED PERMIT AND THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM ANYWAY. AFTER GETTING DENIED ACTIVATION FROM LCEC THEY REMOVED THE PANELS FROM MY **** AND INSTALLED THEM ON THE MAIN HOUSE ****. THEY WOULD NOT AGREE TO REPAIRING THE **** THEY PUT HOLES IN ON THE **** AND ONLY AGREED TO LEAVE ALL THE BRACKETS THEY INSTALLED. ONCE THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM FROM THE **** ONTO THE MAIN HOUSE THE **** BEGAN TO ***** THE INSTALLER EVENTUALLY CAME OUT OFTER A COUPLE WEEKS OF ME TRYING TO CONTACT SUNTECH, I ENDED UP CALLING THE INSTALLER DIRECTLY. HE CAME OUT AND APOLOGIZED AS THE INSTALLER HE USED PLACED THE BRACKETS INCORRECTLY ON THE **** ALLOWING THE ***** THEY CAME OUT AGAIN AND REMOVED THE 2ND SYSTEM AND REINSTALLED CORRECTLY. THERE WERE SEVERAL HOLES IN THE **** THAT THEY USED A SEALER ON AND PLACED BOLTS IN MOST OF THE ****** WE JUST HAD OUR FIRST MAJOR RAIN AND THE **** LEAKED AGAIN IN THE SAME LOCATION. I CONTACTED THE INSTALLER AND HE TOLD ME SUNTECH OWES HIM $65,000 AND HE WAS OUT. I HAD A 3RD PARTY COME AND INSPECT THE **** AND HE SAW WHERE THEY INSTALLED THE BRACKETS INCORRECTLY. HE PROVIDED ME AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE AFFECTED **** PANELS. I CONTACTED ***** AT SUNTECH AND AS USUAL HE HAD EVERY EXCUSE AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT BE ASSISTING IN THE REPAIRS. I WAS TOLD WHEN DOING SOLAR WITH THEM I GET 1 FREE REMOVAL AND REINSTALL AND HE ALSO STATED THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER AND WILL BE GOING AFTER THEM FOR ALL DAMAGES INCLUDING THE DRYWALL, THE ****, THE REMOVAL AND REINSTALL OF THE SYSTEM ON THE NEW ****, AND MY TIME I HAVE HAD TO TAKE AWAY FROM WORK TO HANDLE THIS PLUS ANY INCURRED LAWYER FEES.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is what they do. They keep putting you off and don't stand behind their workmanship. It's rainy season and my drywall is getting damaged more and more with every rain. I have no way  to address the leak as the solar panels would need removed to find the leak. They need to do the right thing

      In December of 2023 we purchased solar batteries and an additional 3 solar panels from SunTec and gave them a deposit of $11,826. Installation was supposed to occur in 6-8 weeks and I already received permits from ***************. I have emailed and called the company no less than 10 times with no response. On April 22, I finally received a response from ***** and he said that they had to order different batteries and that the project was still scheduled. I have heard nothing since that date and it is impossible to contact anyone by phone because they do not answer and now their website has also been taken down. I would like them to finish the job or refund my money.

      I used your company in 2022 for solar. Took about 9 months for the install. But I still referred them to two people ************ is unresponsive and does not meet their obligations They were supposed to pay 6 months of payments for one person and ***** from sun tech finance has said that they had cash issues. Been 1.5 years. How can they be in business with no cash Also repeated phone calls for uninstall and reinstall of 5 panels for roof work go unanswered I have called and no response Want to install battery backup but dont think I will based on the lack of customer service and care from this company

      I had my Solar installed in April of 2023 and I was given a promo deal when I signed the contract, where Sun-Tec would pay me $220.00 for six months to off set my financing payments. It is now one year later and after multiple calls asking them when I am getting my promo money, I have still have not seen a dime of it. They keep telling me I will get it but its a cash flow issue. If I had known they had "cash flow" issues I would never have used them.

      In January of 2024, I began to process to get my roof replaced. ******* came out to remove the solar panels. The roof was replaced in February 2024. I called at the end of February to get the solar panels reinstalled. I was told I would be scheduled for a reinstall and contacted by the scheduling department. After not hearing anything back from the business I called in the middle of March 15, 2024, and left a voicemail. I did not receive a callback. I called again a few days later on March 19, 2024, and was told that I would be scheduled for April 3, ****************************************************************** I was told there was a supply issue, which is understandable. On April 3, 2024, I return home from work and see that the solar panels are not installed. I called and spoke with a representative who stated the appointment had been scheduled but had not been processed. This representative stated they would look into the matter and call me on April 4, 2024. As of April 5, 2024, I have yet to hear from the company. I called on April 5, 2024, and left a voicemail, as no one in the service department or office answered the phone. I am awaiting a callback. I would like the company to reinstall the solar panels.

      I filed a complaint last year against Sun-Tec Solar. They have lied continuously. I'm still waiting on my rebate check it's been over a year. Now my new complaint is that after a year I'm still receiving and paying an electric bill through Peace River Electric. Sun-Tec has cause me to pay more money than less. I've decided to start the process of suing Sun-Tec for the cost of this whole process. This have cause me nothing but heartache. I see by the complaints that i am not the only one.

      I had suntech to come out to un install my solar panels which I originally purchased from then back in 2021 on 2/8/24 I have had my roof replacement done and originally requested first available date for reinstall back on 1/31/24 trying to be proactive as I was told by roofing company that it would only take 3 days to complete which it did to this date I still have not received a date for reinstall after numerous contacts via email and numerous excuses as of today I still has not received an answer from this company as to a date for reinstall after calling on 2/16 and requesting a call from a manager as of today still no phone call from manger and still no answer as to when solar panels would be install this company is a nightmare
