      I purchased three custom garage doors in December of 2021. I paid a significant deposit. I was promised multiple times that the installation would occur. I have been told lies and excuses about the door. The Owner ***, his brother ****, the office manager ****** and customer service rep ********* have all lied to me on multiple occasions and have not returned calls for months.I went to their office it is closed. I called the manufacturer and got in touch with their rep who offered to get in touch with the owner. The owner finally called back and said I had to pay him more money to get the doors installed because he had no money to pay the manufacturer for the doors but if I gave him the money, he would promise to install the doors within a week. Thereafter, no calls or responses. Even the manufacturer cannot get in touch with them.They simply stole my money. I want them to refund all the monies I have paid, immediately. The manufacturer has another representative ready to install the doors. The doors are ready but Hurricane has no money to pay for them so they cannot pick them up or install them. This has become my problem now unnecessarily. The owner and everyone there make promises to call back and never do. Time is up.

      I ordered a new hurricane rated garage door from hurricane Garage Doors, **** and it was installed on 11-19-21. Sometime during July 2022 the motor started malfunctioning and stopped working, but also bent the frame of the door where the motor connects with the garage door. Hurricane Garage Doors was contacted in early August 2022 and sent a repair technician to my house on August 9th. The tech left after 10 minutes and didn't repair anything or follow up. I called Hurricane Garage Doors 6 more times between August and October. On September 23 I sent pictures of the bent door frame to a member of dispatch, but never received any response. Finally in early October I was able to get a technician to come back out to my house on 10-17-22. The technician showed up for 10 minutes again and left. The same technician from the first visit. I called dispatch 10-18-22 to follow-up and they tell me that replacement parts are needed for the motor, don't have them in stock. They will come out for a 3rd time to get the motor on Thursday, October 20th. Not sure why this wasn't done on the first 2 visits. They also keep refusing to include the door frame that was bent from the malfunctioning motor in the repairs.

      Job Id # ******** Invoice # **** For a Garage Door and Installation Paid a 50% deposit of $3,362.50 on June 13th. I have been trying for 2 months to find out the status of my order and they will not respond to any emails, or voice messages. Total silence. I don't know if they took my money and ran, don't know if they are still open. The business courtesy of just responding would allow me to know if I should order somewhere else, or if should I file a lawsuit against them.

      I am rejecting this response because: There has been no refund yet. The proof they are providing is no proof at all. They are showing a date of June 13th which is when they received the payment from me. They need to provide me proof with the date of the refund, not the date that i paid them.
