Hello BBB,I made two purchases on this website and its now been over a month and neither of the items have arrived. I have reached out through the customer portal, email and FB but I m not getting any responses from the seller, yet her active profile on FB shows she has time to post but it seems she does not have anyone else to answer her emails from customers. She said orders take a certain while but this has been over a month now. She shouldn't take orders if she has no time to fill them or get back to guests. THE company has not reached out. I went on the site and the order still says Unfulfilled. She is not responding and I have received no correspondence. I notified the bank but nothing has been done.

I purchased hair products during a Black Friday sale at the end of November and still havent received them. I have contacted the business owner via Instagram messenger multiple times to ask if she can send the products soon, give me a refund, or send it to my new address but there is no sign of her sending the products. She is now ignoring my messages and the last response stated BRB. At this point I would prefer my money back and for her to take my photos off of her business page. I saw her post about making products again and exposing how she had an issue so I continued to wait. Just on March 6th she posted a video gifting free products to a ************* worker and I still hadnt received my order. I am rejecting this response because: my requests for my package to be delivered to my address was ignored. According to the picture the package is supposed to be forwarded to my new address and Ive yet to receive it. The forward was processed on the 25th and its the 31st so it shouldve been here by now. Also, as shown in the second picture she did not take my photo down. I do not wish to receive the product and I want a refund because I dont know if she did anything to the products. This site is not accepting my photos although my other photos were accepted before but should you provide another method of delivery for my complaints, Ill gladly send them.

I made a purchase from this company 9/3/22 and still have not received my product. ******* stated she was a victim of the ******* hurricane which should not have had anything to do with my idea since I placed it at the beginning of the month and hurricane happened at the end of the month. Seller will not respond to my messages nor have I received my items. I even asked for a refund and she didnt respond to that either. I made a purchase with this company on Sept 3,22. Never received my order then the owner posted she was a victim of the ******* hurricane which was Sept 28th which I should have never been affected considering when I ordered. Have been contacting the seller first she would *********** she will not. Asked for a refund she has yet to refund or send my products. So I was on Instagram and I saw how this website is getting a lot of views about helping to grow hair and help with alopecia. So I decided to purchase because they had a deal going on also. Then like a week after that I bought another bottle because my friend wanted to try it too. And the shipping that I paid for was to have my product arrive within **** business days. And I believe I placed my order in October 2022. Then like two weeks passed and I see the woman was posting on her Instagram page that's for the website, so I tried to call her and text her asking for a update because she was posting other customers reviews on how they product came fast and they hair growing fast. So I never receive a text back or anything but she was still making post and videos on her story and making comments. So I started to comment under her post to get her attention because she reply back to every on her comments. Now I was never rude or mean or say any curse words but I did just ask if she could reply back to me when I texted her because I was just wanting my money back at this point. So then she direct message me back saying " sorry just saw this, what's your order number?" So I sent screenshots of the order number. Now by this time hurricane *** had destroyed part of ******* and how it was all over the news but I was patient and gave her a month to respond but still not response. And after that, she is back saying she sending orders and adding special gifts for her investors and making videos on her story of her cooking the oil. But when I kept commenting under her post nicely asking her will I receive a message back or my product then she just deletes my comment and never answer me and just opens my message . So at this point a I just want my exact money back for the two orders I brought and ill just take my money else where. I don't want no problems or issues but I had tried multiple times to nicely contact her from Instagram and through the website to solve this.Business Response
