      I had windows installed by RO-Mac and they are terrible. Sloppy installation, poor installation. They don't drain when it rains. They do not perform as the salesman promised. I thought I did the right thing by using a local business. They use low-standard installers. I will never recommend them to anyone. For the money I saved by not using a competitor, I have lost in quality.

      Ro-mac Lumber and Supply installed my windows and doors and they all had to be removed and re set. They hung a horizontal window vertical, and a vertical window horizontal. They also installed one window with a crack in it. Our windows cost around $40,000 as they are hurricane windows. When I called multiple times no one wanted to take responsibility. I sent a letter to the CEO, Son, and he was very defensive. I asked him to submit a claim to his Insurance carrier and he said NO. This is a very serious matter, and they are not willing to help, even though they installed all windows and doors. I DO NOT recommend doing business with RO-Mac
