This business is a fraudulent scam and fraud. It's all a sham where they're actively looking to defraud people out of their money and deliberately and willingly are charging people high interests and taxing the h*** out of them. They are deliberately pitching false information. misinformation and purposely over pitching them and seeking to fraudulently take full advantage of the customers' sympathy, interests and reason and involvement with this worthless sham of a s***** 'so-called' company. There are aggressive pitchers who even resort to imposing physical threats and demands and false promises and even intentional attempts at coercing and intentionally forcing individuals and folks to deliberately get involved in criminal activities with these vile scum of so called individuals with the false pretense and guise of a company. There are pedophiles working there who intentionally and deliberately get themselves involved and enmesh into people's lives and personal livelihood just through and involving the sham of the company. They are incompetent, aggressive, verbally abusive and hostile and even typically physically imposing and deliberately hostile even towards especially towards employees and the customers that get involved with this mess and sham of an enterprise. These people are sicks in the head and run smear campaigns and even trafficking campaigns on people. Inside and outside the enterprise or ring. These are scam artists intentional h*** bent on getting as much nonoffending and civilian folks involved and enmeshed into their horrific and foul detestable and criminally and morally wrong and amoral front and all consuming ring as possible. I appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint and would like to clarify the situation described by this former employee. Green Solutions is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful workplace for all employees. Clear performance expectations and policies have been established, particularly during the probationary period. This employee was hired on 08/22/2024 and was subject to a 30 day probationary period. This allows both the employee and company time to evaluate suitability for long-term employment. During this period the employee's performance was closely monitored and despite providing feedback and guidance to improve production, the employee did not meet the necessary performance standards for the role. This employee was terminated on 9/16/24. Although termination can be a difficult experience, the decision was based solely on objective performance metrics and not on any personal factors. The employee's failure to meet production requirements led to the decision to end employment within the terms of the probationary period, in accordance with our company policy.
To hear disparaging remarks about our business is disappointing, but we stand by the decision made in alignment with our fair employment practices. All employees are treated with respect and ensure that decisions are made fairly and transparently. We wish the former employee all the best in her future endeavors.

Subject: Discrepancies and deception To Whom It May Concern I was introduced to a sales representative from Green Solutions Saturday, August 19, 2023. I have become aware and victim to some discrepancies and deception later. I was assured in being approved by a government program financing contracted through Green Solutions with the APR of *****% that I had a year to start paying loan and APR would be reduced to 5.99%. I was told that a month before payment of loan starts to contact Green Solutions to receive the lower APR of 5.99%. June 5th 2024 1 called to start gathering information on this procedure. Green solutions did not get back in touch with me so I called back August 12, 2024.August 6, 2024 Called Momnt financing company to find out process to switch financing *****% to 5.99%I spoke to customer service agent of ***** and he told me that the only time that they reduced the financing for the loans if I'm active military. I take pride in being a honest person and fulfilling my obligations when I received the correct information and treated fairly. Everything that I have learned confirms dishonest practices, misinforming, and/or taking advantage of people.August 15, 2024 Asked the Green Solutions to email me information in my file, credit application and contract. Found out when sales representative falsified credit application by inputting my income as $5,726.00, which I do not receive absolutely did not give this false information. Green Solutions told me that I can get a credit and have some of the loan amount reduced in January 2025. This is some kind of bait and switch con/scam. Green Solutions, representatives, and whomever are fraudulently deceiving people because I was deceived in the information that was given me and the financial institutions. The loan payment over exceeds my income. it is impossible to make a payment of $1311.59 monthly on my SSI the only source of my income that I informed these sales representative from the start.Business Response

We have reviewed the complaint and have spoken with Ms. *********** We found that she has been trying to communicate with a representative who is no longer with the company. She finally contacted the office directly on August 12 which was nearing the end of her time to refinance. We have been receptive and trying to assist her with the refinancing of her current loan by providing her with information on potential lenders that might be able to assist. Based on Ms. ****** ability to form such a detailed complaint and looking over all the signed documentation, it does not appear that she is unaware of the stipulations of the loan. We also revised the products she wished to purchase in order to stay within the prices she could afford. We removed products, reduced the cost and provided her with a new metal roof and solar domestic hot water heater system in order to meet her immediate needs. Response:I am not satisfied with this response from Green Solutions, entirely. I do not have a problem with the product or work. I take issue with the unethical practices with this company. Green Solutions filled out all the forms and applications in order to get this loan. Sales *** submitted fraudulent figures in order to get this loan.In the very beginning, I was baited with how eager and helpful Green Solutions was to get this loan with no payments, no interest charges for a year, and reducing interest rate to 5.99%. After this company received funds, they switched from being helpful to not following through with helping refinancing. I was also charged interest rates during those 12 months. In response to contacting Green Solutions in time is incorrect. I started two and a half months in advance trying to contact them, so I wouldn't have any problems.6/5/24 Left message with processing office, to call me concerning this loan.6/14/24I called Green Solutions asked for finance department. I was told agent would not be in until Monday. So I was asked to call back then.6/17/24I called Green Solutions to get info on process to refinance from ***** to 5.99. I was told my file would be retrieved, find out what my options are, and would receive a call me back. I waited, I never got a call back.I was not getting anywhere with Green Solutions. Finance agent told me that I can get a credit and have some of the amount reduced in January of 2025.Frankly, they have gotten their money and left me in an impossible position and made it extremely difficult for me to pay back this loan. I will be satisfied when the same enthusiasm Green Solutions had in the beginning to get the loan and really show that they care in the same way to reduce the interest rate to 5.99%. Point blank, they did the work to get a $40,000 loan and I expect for them to live up to everything they told me about helping me reduce the interest rate to 5.99%. this company is not genuinely concerned with their customers after they received their funds. In response to your complaint, you reviewed all documents and you did sign all the documents, which means you agreed with the information contained in those documents. The finance company then sent you their own loan documents directly to your email. Only you had access to those documents for verification and signature. I am not sure why you would sign off on all those documents without stating the income was incorrect, unless you were aware the income was not correct. In regards to refinancing, we always advise customers to contact us prior to the expiration of the 12 months no payment promotion. Unfortunately, you did not reach out to us until that period expired or was close to expiring. We have spoken to you several times and have even sent you links to other possible financing options. I ordered a water heater, solar fan, intellimizer, and enphase back up batteries back in March.The tech told me following inspection they would commission/activate the system. Its been months since inspection, the company wont reply to me. They have effectively disabled my system for months, took the money and ran. The company sent a salesman into the neighborhood which I reside and that salesman explained how the solar panels worked and the benefits of it. The salesman went on to explain to me that once the loan was received by me I would get a tax credit of almost ****** and also a rebate for ****** I only agreed to buying the equipment because I was under the presumption that after the rebate and tax credit it would almost be paid off. None of this has proven to be true, my tax credit was only ***** and the company claims that the governor isnt allowing the rebates, which was never discussed at the time of me signing for the purchase!! He guaranteed me the tax credit and rebate and even told me he had did it in his home as well!Business Response

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We agreed to have the new ** system, both inside and outside units, replaced in February 2024. Not only did it take the company over 18 hours total to install the units over the course of 2 days, but it still (as of 4/25/24) has not passed inspection AND now the entire unit does not work. The company had a subcontractor come out on 4/24/24 to trouble shoot. The men cut the coax cord to our ********** and we come home today, and the ** STILL DOES NOT WORK! So now we have no ** and no cable. We have tried calling the company and we literally have to leave SEVERAL voicemails. We never got a return call, we just kept calling until we got someone to answer. We are seriously regretting ever hiring this company, who sent a salesman to our house (Vinny...don't believe him!). We feel extremely foolish for spending the money to have such a disaster of an outcome. For now we have contacted another ** company to come fix the issue so we have **. So, now it will cost additional money to fix what Green Solutions could not deliver. I am rejecting this response because: the only person we would not allow to return to the house were the men that showed up and cut our ********* line while trying to fix the problem (which they could not fix and thus caused more issues). We did receive a phone call about someone wanting to come check the "Intelemizer" but that wasn't the problem. The intelemizer wasn't working because everything else was wired incorrectly! Now that we have the ** working again, the intelmizer is fine. I explained that to the person that called.I will also remind you that no one has been back out to the house to reinspect the system since it has failed inspection twice,
I will send Green Solutions the invoice from the ** Company that fixed the wiring and the other issues. We only had to call this company because our calls on your "emergency line" went unanswered.

In the final analysis, you denied access to your property, to our technicians who were dispatched to address those issues which caused the failed inspections.
The ********* line was promptly repaired. Our efforts to send our electrician to address some of your wiring problems were rebuffed.You claim that your calls to our emergency line were unanswered. Please be advised that it is always a good practice to leave a message if the emergency line goes unanswered. This helps ensure your concern is promptly addressed.
It is important to note that you do have a contractual obligation to allow us to rectify any issues and to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues. Regrettably you proceeded to hire another company.

Our recently installed new AC unit has now failed 5 inspections. Just today, another "subcontractor" came out to "fix" the issue. Now they are saying the entire panel has to be replaced AGAIN! Then, he left without saying a word to us. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Seminole County has been out 4 times now and the company can still not correct the issue. We completely regret hiring this company.

Your home was originally built in 1974, with some additions in 2000, however, older homes often have outdated wiring systems that can deteriorate over time and may no longer meet modern electrical standards or demands. On 2/27/23 a representative from Green Solutions came to my house to talk about ways to save electricity. His name was Ralph C******. He proceeded to give me his sales pitch. It wasn't until I complained to the company that things were not correct that I found out this was Ralphs first time selling this product. He did not have his facts correct. I liked some of the products that he talked about because he told me it would save a lot of money on my electric bill if I switched over to his products. I was to save at least $50 a month on just buying the pool pump alone. The solar hot water heater and installation in the attic was to keep my attic at 80 degrees and thus saving electricity on air conditioning. All these improvements were to save me $125 a month-give or take. I was to pay this by using two tax credits that totaled $7414 on the fed tax credit and $11,350 on the gov. rebate. Also saving $125 a month on my electric bill. This totaled $20,264. I owed $22,243 which left a balance that would be due in 18 months of $1979. I was told I could spread that over 30 years and only owe few dollars each month. I once again explained that I would be paying the remainder in cash because I would not borrow that small amount. Green Solutions immediately installed the items the next day. I did not have time to look over the paperwork in that short of time. What really happened is they told me afterwards that I would owe $6930 at the end of 18 months because Ralph had make a mistake in calculations. I called and said my electric bill had not come down at all and Ralph had given me the info wrong. They sent someone out to recheck the installations of everything and said everything is working fine and give it time. I waited for my next month electric bill and it was only $15 dollars less. Not $125! This was accounting for the price increase. I feel they lied from the beginning and knew they sent an unexperienced person to my house that promissed me incorrect things.Business Response

I can see from your review that you are unhappy about a few things and for this I am truly sorry. We have hundreds of customers whom we have assisted in saving money with the same products you have purchased. I see that you believe Mr. ******* was inexperienced, however, all our representatives are put through an extensive training program and when this is completed, the training is on-going. As far as the tax credits and savings, all the figures we use are strictly examples of what you could save and what credits are available. We never guarantee any specific savings or tax credits. It would be impossible to determine any of these up front. I have attached a testimonial, that you and your husband both signed, which clearly states this. The products that we use are designed by engineers and are designed to make your home more energy efficient. They do work. The US Department of Energy's website states "On average, if you install a solar water heater, your water heating bills should drop 50%-80%. Also, because the sun is free, you're protected from future fuel shortages and price hikes." This statement can be found on their website. It is a known fact that the attic is the most important location for insulation and gives you the best return on your investment. It helps control conduction which is one of the three heat flow paths through a home. This can be verified on the Florida Department of Agriculture's website. I am rejecting this response because: Because you sent an unexperienced salesperson here. The day of the sale was utter chaos. Someone called him many times too ask why he wasn't done yet and the poor man was so confused he was just throwing papers around and saying sign here and telling us it was for things it wasn't for. For example, I did not realize until after the items were installed that we would owe a lending company and not Green Solutions. We were told that when we get our money from the governments we would send them (green solutions) the money and when the total bill was due we woulld owe them the rest of the money. I distinctly told Ralph that we would Never borrow from a bank because other than our house we owe nothing to anyone and want to keep it that way. He assured me I would not have to use a bank to pay the money.It was a night of mass confusion and since I didn't have anytime to really look over everything I unfortunately believed he was working for a trust worthy company and what he said was correct. I blame Green Solutions for not stepping in and helping out when they obviously knew he was in way over his head. With the phone calls made to him he was probably to anxious to get it done and told me anything. I realize the numbers might not be exact but $5000 is a lot to be off the actual price and to be be told we would save $125 on our electric bills and then only save $15 is also an unrealistic figure.
I would hope that you would take part of the responsibility and admit you were part of the mistake and credit my account for sending out an inexperienced person that you obviously knew wasn't yet ready to do the job alone. There were numerous phone calls made that evening to him and I am sure you knew he was totally confused. Even when we talked to you on the phone and explained the problem you told us that he obviously made a mistake with his math and that was how the figures were so far off.

The sales people of Green solution Of Florida came to sell solar panels. They completely lied about everything concerning the loan for the panels. I was told about home improvement for solar panels and the government has a program that will pay the loan if I sign up for the panels. I was told I will only be paying for the loan of the panels. I was lied to about the amount I will be paying back. I was told when I file my taxes (a form was given to me) then I will file for the program that will pay for home improvement loan. The loan manager "Melissa" told me the same thing about the loan when I asked her. She collaborated with what the sale representatives told me. I asked her what is this 454 payment and she stated the government programs pays for it if I get the panels. I was looking to lower my light bill. They told I will no longer receive a bill from JEA. I was told I will have 12 months before I started to pay on panels. The company also damage my home leaving exposed and unexposed wires from installation. I have a big hole in my garage. They used personal extension cords to power the hot water tank. I have put in complaints with them as well the the loans institutes. There is no way I would have signed up if the truth was told. These people said what ever and lied about everything. I will go from paying 300 dollars a mouth for light bill to 800 in loan payment as well as still getting a bill from JEA. How did that benefit me. I was told that the loan payment for the panels will be serving as my light bill. Green Solutions made serval fraudulent sureties. They totally lied about the loan agreement, they never completed the work, and I was told by the loan manager Melissa they will rectify all contractual agreements that the sales repreps assured us of and physical work discrepancies. A Green Solutions rep contacted us for the purchase of an attic solar shield w/ a solar-powered roof vent. The cost was $9125.00. We were told we would receive a government tax credit of $2737.00 when we filed out 2022 taxes to offset the financed cost of this package. The finance package included a 12-month deferment deal, with the first payment in 1/2024. This would be after receiving the tax credit. The form to work this out on was a 2021 form 5695, even though this was at the end of 2022, after 2021 taxes were already filed. Now, I am filling out my 2022 income tax, and when I enter the data supplied by Green Solutions; This credit can be applied for with the 2022 taxes, but will not be received until the 2023 taxes are filed. This is after the promotional period has ended. This leaves us to pay the entire amount, plus interest accrued on the loan for the last 12 months. We were lied to and misled by the sales rep into believing we would get the tax credit money in 2023 and apply it to the loan, prior to the entire amount being due. They used outdated forms to fool us into thinking this would work for the 2022 taxes. I believe this to be a scam to get people to purchase the package they were selling, who could not otherwise afford it, fully knowing this credit would not be received until after the promotional time had run out.Business Response

As notated on our contractual agreements we do not guarantee tax credits, rebates or incentives of any kind. You may have been informed that there are some available and that the form 5695 supplied is for reference purposes only. You are responsible for retrieving the current form for your applicable tax returns on the irs.gov website. It is released on an annual basis for the previous year. The financial institutions have a lot of programs to assist with no payments, no interest for up to 2 years. As a bridge loan is designed to be refinanced before the promotional period is expired. This is beneficial in our industry as it allows you to not only recoup the savings from the efficiency/solar products that were installed but also allows you throughout the no payment, no interest time period to take advantage of any tax savings you may be eligible for. I am rejecting this response because:As stated in the response from Green Solutions of Florida LLC, the 2022 form to claim the tax credit was not available and they used the 2021 form as an example. It was used as more than an example. It was used to show us what we would receive when we filed our taxes for 2022. They knew that we would not get it with our 2022 taxes and that is why the 2022 form was not available. We would have had to claim it when we filed your 2021 taxes in order to get it 2023. Just like now I would have to claim in my 2022 taxes to receive the credit in 2023 and get it in 2024.
When we were discussing the financing, cost, and tax credit, it was the sales representative who told us that by the time the loan was due in January 2023 we would have the the tax credit money to pay down the loan before it was due in January 2023. This was a bold face lie, but one that was instrumental in our decision to go ahead with the project.
The simple fact is they knew we would not be able to receive the tax credit until after the loan was due. The presentation was designed to give false information and then back it up with lies.
Now that want to pass it off saying they did no wrong. Another LIE.
As for the time limit to respond, I am not a business and do not have people sitting here monitoring my email. I attempted to respond as soon as I received it, but was block from logging into the BBB website to read the email until now.

It is clear that you are upset and for this I am sorry as we strive for customer satisfaction. We treat every consumer individually. We never claim to be tax professionals and always refer our customers to their own tax specialists when it comes time to file their taxes. We may review what tax credits and incentives could be available, but we never guarantee anyone, at anytime, that they will even qualify. We do not use the prior year's forms as some sort of a scam. We use the most recently published forms available from the IRS and purely as an example. As soon as current forms are published by the IRS, we update our supply and merely as a courtesy to the customer so when they contact their accountants come tax time, they will know what form they need. September 9th a payment of $24, 250 dollars was paid to green solutions of Florida for the installation of 25 solar panels with the promise within the next month an inspector would be out to inspect the system. It's been 6 weeks and no inspection. I've made several calls to green solutions and no one returns my calls. In addition to the $24,250.00 we paid $14,000.00! So we have these panels on our roof that are paid for that are not producing anything for us. Could you please please help us. We used all our savings for nothing. Throwing a hurricane in the mix has not helped with the cities and counties facilitating requests. on November 4th 2021 this company put insulation on my roof plus a solar motor to take the hot air out from the attic. They guaranteed me my electric bill was going to decrease and that my house was going to feel cooler. None of these happened. My bill increased and the house feels hot as usual. They charged me almost $10,000 for it which I need to start paying in December 2022 to this financial institution. I feel they scammed me, took the money and tricked me. After they did the job. I tried several times to contact Joseph (the person that did the deal with me) but could never get in contact with him. I also messaged Melissa but I am still waiting for a response.
