      Is there negative 5 star.? No communication, no sink color samples provided upon deposit, no one ever answers the phone in regard to answering questions, never show up on time, stood up twice, not aware as to why no one showed up until I call them, lastly manager assures me he will come finish the job BUT he never shows up nor answers his phone. I'm still scrapping epoxy off mirror and floor. To this day manager has yet to contact me about anything regarding his work ethics. Sending franchise/corporate regarding this. Come take your vanity top back.

      We have been trying to contact this customer for over a month a half, all of our call in/out are recorded we have over 21 outgoing calls trying to contact the customer above She wrote us a bad checks and we were trying to contact her all this time to find out why....Unfortunately all of the above is fabricated lies as she wrote a bad check which is agains the law.We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5PM direct number is *********** Call us if you really do want to talk to us.

      We have been trying to get our countertops (installed in 2021) replaced since March 2023. The mother of ***** has been peeling for some time. I have only been told empty promises and the best one so far is that "we are waiting for materials". How long does one have to wait for materials to come in ....2years??? This is unbelievable how a company can treat their costumers... I have been in full for this product. I wonder how they would feel if I said ....well I am waiting for my bank to pay me more interest so I can pay you. unbelievable Stay far far away from this company. We are still in this fight to get them to do what is right. We have a tentative date but I bet you it is just to not to have to deal with me for another 2 weeks. I wish BBB could reach out to them and help us. We will never do business with them ever again.

      5 star = A. Let me just say that this was not a flawless install, but you learn more about the character of a company when there are problems than if everything was clean and easy. In our situation we encountered faulty faucets, but all was remedied to our satisfaction without argument or excuses. Basically, this company earned our trust. I should also mention that our installer, Louis, was terrific.

      Horrible owner pulls crew from one job to the next. Nearly 3 years waiting to get my job completed. The salesman said job would be completed in 1-2 days & I’m going on 3 YEARS. A good company would under promise & over deliver, then you’ll have raving reviews. The over promising & under delivering that you’re doing cause resentment & makes me Leary to trust others as they may be poor businessmen as well. Yanking your crew off my job to run somewhere else was uncalled for. I will take all steps necessary till this job is completed to my satisfaction by your company or I get a refund & hire an honest & legitimate company.
