      Sentry management has been and continues to be a top notch management company for our community. Our property manager consistently works hard to take care of any needs we have a goes above and beyond to be a good ******* of our finances.       I think weve developed a good relationship with Sentry management over the few years weve been together. The only problem that I see is there seems to be a disconnect between departments when we need to reconcile some problems and reconcile financials.

      Our Sentry on-site community association manager, office manager, and maintenance team are all an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail and customer service is all top notch quality, as evidenced by their hard work and positive reputation in our condo community. They are the well-oiled engine that keeps our community running smoothly, which in turn makes the boards job that much more meaningful and impactful. Sentry leadership is always available and approachable for guidance and industry expertise.

      Sentry Management took over our ************************ a little more than year ago. Personally I have found them to be receptive and quick to call or email for more information and to address any problem I have had. Then I was elected to the board of directors for our association and found them to be even more helpful as well as kind and compassionate and as transparent as I could wish them to be. All financials and transactions are shared and explained. The company has also given good information about who and when to approach things like landscaping and general condition and property; even fixing outside issues before the homeowner is even aware there was a potential problem. *************************** is the yardstick by whom all representatives of organization should be measured.
