This company willfully breaks the law, even after being advised that a horrible *** president may instruct them to break the laws of Idaho out of ignorance and hate, but it is incumbent on both to know and obey the laws. They use the instructions of the **** if they are the management company being paid you would think they would advise the *** to use proper due process, and that they can not fail too just because of ignorance on the part of the Board. Both lack competence and have been notified of there failure in every category, neglect by the association , lack of due process, ongoing billing errors, failure of any person at any level in the company to follow through with any level of customer service, or integrity, an absolute refusal to do the right thing , I have never been more disgusted with any company. If I could give them a zero I would. Our neighborhood is experiencing severe neglect under there management, nothing is ever done according to our Bylaws , ***'s, 18 months to fix a tennis court net, The management company caused damage to our common area over a year ago that caused , the loss of another tree, that has not been replaced, a lot of trees in the neighborhood are diseased and have not been treated for many years now, Sprinklers are out of adjustment and damaging the new fence for over a year, there are boards missing in the fence for over a year. This is not acceptable, all while harassing neighbors over far less of a problem then they have caused and are ignoring. The double standard is a joke. I understand the *** Board shares in the problems, but they need better guidance from a management company all residents are paying to improve the management of our area, not defend beyond the scope of current laws the failures of the Board to manage anything correctly. I have given both the company and the *** every opportunity to do the right thing and no-one will. **************************** ,*****Sentry Management, Inc.

We are disheartened by this perception of Sentry Management. In reviewing this feedback, we found that appropriate information has been shared with the homeowner. We do take these derogatory allegations seriously and will respectfully decline to comment further. I have witnessed in action their excellent management team get to work along with great property managers who always put the community first. I have had multiple issues with Sentry Management. Unfortunately, since this organization is a homeowners management organization, they have protections that a single homeowner can get resolved. There is nothing a homeowner can do about issues. Sentry Management send me late notices for my homeowners monthly fees. I am NOT late. have spent countless hours getting ************ stating that I have submitted my monthly HOA fee on time. Sentry Management want me to sign up for direct deposit, which I will never do. Hence, the amount of ti e is ridiculous. This organization is horrible.Sentry Management, Inc.

We appreciate the feedback and have reviewed both the account and the communication outlining the steps to resolve. We are hopeful that you will follow the process provided so that this matter can be resolved quickly.Oftentimes homeowners are confused about the role Sentry Management has in their community. We are not the **** but instead assist the *** with the day to day administrative tasks associated with managing a community. We are tasked with following state statutes and association governing documents. We have no authority, and rely on the association's Board for any action. In our role, we manage the association's financial accounts, and are diligent about following best practices and have checks and balances in place to ensure accuracy. Regarding direct deposit, we do not have a preference on how assessment payments are made. We have found that many homeowners are happier with direct deposit, and we may suggest it based on a homeowner's challenges with other forms of payments, but we accept 6 easy ways to pay.We hope this information is helpful.Review fromL. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Sentry Management company. The level of communication is abysmal, and I have had nothing but frustration trying to get basic concerns addressed. There have been multiple instances where I've reached out via email and phone calls, yet I've received little to no response. I have submitted numerous complaints about ongoing issues at the property, many of which are major problems, but they have yet to be addressed. From simple maintenance issues to more significant concerns affecting the safety and livability of the property, nothing seems to get fixed. It's incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored when you're paying for professional management. Overall, my experience with Sentry Management has been nothing short of frustrating. They fail to communicate, fail to fix anything, and fail to follow up. I would not recommend their services to anyone.Sentry Management, Inc.

We are disheartened to hear your perception of Sentry management. We do appreciate feedback and value the information shared.Oftentimes homeowner are not aware of our role in their association. The board is the governing body for your association. Sentry is honored to be the designated association management company. In general, the board makes decisions as a fiduciary on behalf of Homeowners. This means that they're entrusted with making the decisions that affect the values of the properties in the community. One of the board's primary responsibilities is to protect, preserve, and enhance the value of the physical property governed by the community association. Other responsibilities that fall under a board's purview include providing direction to the management company and its employees, policies, options, and all adherence to the bylaws. The board of directors are a representation of both associations and homeowner interests. Sentry acts as an agent of the HOA/condo corporation carrying out tasks such as paying bills, handling contractor work, and following through with everything your association desires to have done. The management company is an outside vendor contracted by the ****************************. The board and the management company are two separate entities. I have a deep concern and growing frustration regarding the lack of consistent enforcement of our community's rules and bylaws. The apparent disregard for these guidelines is not only diminishing the quality and appearance of our shared spaces, but it is also compromising the safety, well-being, and peace of mind of the residents who live in the community and contribute financially to maintain a respectable standard of living. It is disheartening to witness the grounds become increasingly neglected and trashed, with little to no accountability. As a paying resident, I expect- along with many others- that there be active oversight, enforcement, and upkeep that align with the standards our community was built upon. We urge Sentry Management to take immediate and meaningful steps to address these issues, reinforce the existing rules, and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall livability of our neighborhood. Sentury Management has harrassed me as a senior on a fixed income making frivolous charges and fines of $657. for one small palm tree!!! I love palm trees that's why I moved to ******* their making me dislike them how dare they!!!This is absolutely absurd they also came on my property and took my son's car off my lot 2x demanding payment to the tow truck company!! How can We put an end to this management *** to stop taking our hard working monies! this is highway robbery non-stop with no end! I never heard of such nonsense I moved from ******** to ******* to semi-retire and enjoy palm trees My home is kept up to par It's stealing money without a weapon or gun either one It's a disgrace!!!! They should be working to make the community safe and better not taking from home owners they get enough in HOA fees!!!!Sentry Management, Inc.

We are sorry to hear of this perception of Sentry Management. Oftentimes homeowners do not understand the roll Sentry has in their community. We are honored to be the association management company hired by the Board. We have no authority to make decisions for the association, and are tasked with assisting the Board in their day-to-day administrative tasks association with managing the association. I have waiting since July 2024 for repairs Sentry Management said they would fix. I have emails from at least 4 different people over the course of time saying they would get this handled and nothing has happened. I would give less than 0 stars if I could. I emailed Sentry multiple times about the issues and was told things would be fixed. You had enough information to take action. It is now FEB 2025 and since nothing was resolved since JULY 2024 there is nothing more that Sentry can do. I have a new HOA management company and they seem to be happy to resolve the issue that Sentry could not take the time to do.
