      As a long time customer I asked for a recycling bin because they started charging me for 2 96gal containers. it was previously ok for me to use my own containers at no additional fee but something changed and i was notified by 2 extra charges on my bill. I paid for them to drop off a recycling container that they never brought. this was in march 2024. They gave excuse after excuse and always promised a container "next week". I asked to speak to someone in charge and was promised a phone call back from someone that could help. No one has EVER called me back. I told them I would not pay my bill until I recieved my container. after months of waiting I hired another trash service who came and brought me my trash and recycle bin. I called waste pro multiple times to cancel my service. I told them I will be happy to pay after they pick up their trash can and send me a final bill. the can is still here and they still havn't called back or sent a final bill. today I got a text saying i have been sent to a third party collections agency. How can they send me to collections when they havent even picked up their garbage can or sent a final bill?

      On 03/08/24 I signed up for their services and paid to have my trash cans delivered for an additional $30.00, its now 09/06/24 and I still have not received the trash cans. I have called multiple times and been given the run around for nearly 6 months now, I requested a call back from a supervisor, and they never returned my call. I have paid full price for a service that I am not receiving, this is completely unacceptable and one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.

      I called Waste Pro on Tuesday August 27, 2024 to schedule a bulk pickup. I was told they would pick up the plant stands that are wooden spools held together by steel rods. The wood has rotted, the plant stands are falling apart. I also wanted to have Waste Pro pick up other items such as window shutters but they explained to me that the window shutters are considered demolition debris and they don't pick that up but that they could pick up the spools. I understood that I could not place the shutters for bulk pickup and that is OK because they told me that to begin with but they said they would get the spools! So I managed to get the spools to the road with great difficulty on the 28th of August; Waste Pro was to pickup on the 29th, a Thursday. They didn't pick up the spools so I waited until September 5th, a Wednesday to call to let them know the bulk pickup had not been picked up. ***** is the person who I talked to and she informed me that the spools are considered demolition debris and that is why the driver didn't pickup the order. I do not believe the spools should be considered construction debris and I believe that since I was told they would pick them up then they should honor that order. This service is part of my monthly service that I pay for and I am entitled to this bulk pickup service of these spools. I am 72 years old and although I am in fairly good health it was difficult for me to get those spools out to the road for the anticipated pickup. I can not afford to pay anyone to come get those spools from the roadside and it would be very difficult for me to get them back into my yard where I could possibly burn them or dismantle them in some other way.

      We do not service these items as they are considered construction debris. Since the *** did tell the customer we would service, I will have added another ticket to remove the spools.

      WastePro, servicing Tallahasse, Florida did not pick up my trash for 2 weeks. I called and sent in a complaint on the website. 2 calls into their queue waited the whole time, got to the end of the queue and no one spoke when picked up.When they finally picked up they said the account was on auto pay but on a credit hold. No notifications, nothing. **************** *** was cold and rude, said nothing they could do despite knowing I called in multiple times. I'd honestly like an apology.Why can anyone charge me for not doing their job?

      I spoke to Mr. ******** he was mostly upset that he did not get any notification when his account went to credit hold.  I realized that the number we have on file is not accurate and am updating the information.  He had asked for a credit for the two weeks that he was not picked up, which I will process.  The customer was satisfied with this resolution.

      1. **Failure to Deliver a New Trash Cart:** I have been waiting for a new trash cart for the past three months. Despite WastePros weekly reassurances, starting from week two of this ordeal, that a new cart would be delivered "soon," I am still without a permanent solution.2. **Temporary Cart Provided by Chance:** The only reason I currently have a trash cart is due to sheer luck, as I managed to obtain a temporary one. This was not a result of WastePros efforts or commitment to resolving the issue, which only adds to my frustration.3. **Failure to Pick Up Old Trash Cart:** WastePro also promised to pick up my old trash cart, but this has not been done. This issue is particularly concerning as it conflicts with my ********************** (HOA) regulations, which require old trash carts to be removed. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in a fine, which I doubt WastePro would compensate.I believe that three months is an unreasonable amount of time to resolve these relatively straightforward issues. The repeated failures and lack of follow-through have led me to lose confidence in WastePros ability to provide the basic services for which I am paying.I request your assistance in getting WastePro to fulfill their obligations, including providing me with a new trash cart and picking up the old one as initially promised.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your help in resolving this issue.

      Have been trying for months to get a trash can with a lid so that crows/ critters dont get in my trash but to no avail. They keep saying I will get one in 7 to 10 days every time I call.Dont want to get fined by the *** for my trash going all over the area. They say they have rush my request but still nothing. I just need a trash can. If you can resolved this for me I would appreciate it. *************************

      The driver of the garbage truck broke my garbage can on trash pick up for the second time. I attempted 4 different times to get a new one delivered and each time I was promised a delivery, the new trash can did not come.

      -Dumpster and Garbage trucks are using the ********** Subdivision in *********,** (specifically on the 18th pl E road) as a ************** to avoid traffic on route 64 -causes significant safety hazards -subdivision is private property and this activity is unauthorized and needs to cease immediately -on 8/7/2024 a large dumpster truck was observed on 18th pl e causing a safety issue with local children -other incidents are trucks coming in on off days here such as tuesday and saturday and causing safety issues with children playing/residents -please stop this activity immmediately
