This is my first attempt at writing for publicity and I'm very thankful for the opportunity I have had, to interact with the Team at Xulon Press ********************. Everyone has been very enthusiastic, accomodating and professional throughout the process of publishing 'my little book'. Each individual made me feel special and encouraged me that the end result would be good. They were patient and kind in responding to the many questions and, made every effort to satisfy my requests.Even when I doubted my ability to finance the process, they worked diligently with me on formulating a payment plan.I experienced a GODLY Presence during this exercise and want to give God Praise for placing me in the care of a TEAM that made the venture so exhilarating.Xulon Press

As a returning author with Xulon Press, here in 2025, I have just published my 4th book. I am still satisfied with the services they have offered and rendered to me. The last author service specialist I worked with was ******** and I have already made it clear that if I should remotely ATTEMPT to write another book, I am sticking with her. This was my third book published with *****. Each *** was very helpful. I appreciated their advice and thoughts. My completed books were attractively designed and I received several compliments on the front covers. Their editorial services were very much appreciated as they answered all my questions and concerns. Im very pleased at the quick turnaround from the time I signed my contract to books in hand (just under four months). Going through this process for the first time, I was nervous and full of questions. Each member of my team made sure I was taken care of and each step was explained well. Now that my book is published, I feel grateful I found Salem/Xulon. Several copies have sold already and *** received many compliments on the book and its appearance/layout. I can understand your disappointment with the results of your efforts. As an self-publishing company we provide various services to our customers: including editing from basic proofreading to ghostwriting, cover design and typesetting, distribution of the finished book and reporting of books sold. One thing I would recommend to help with increasing sales is the utilization of marketing and promotional services, face-to-face and digitally. As you publisher, we can work with you to find techniques that meet your needs and resources. I did note you have been in contact with your Account *** here at **********************, by both phone and email, to explain how we report sales and how to increase them. I signed with Xulon Press/*********************** about three months ago to publish my latest book, and working with them has been absolutely superb. First, I worked with **** *****, who was their point person in my manuscript review process and selected the type of services I need with this book. She worked with the team who did the evaluation, and recommendations, which went flawlessly. Next, I worked with ******** *****, in charge of the pre-production team. She assigned a superb editor, and helped me get all the other items in order, to standard, and then approved all items -- handing them off to production. In production I have worked with ***** ******* who have completed the front and back cover, which look just great. Next is lay out, which will probably take a few weeks, but based on all I have experienced so far, I imagine the final product will be across the finish line soon. One other thing I like about Xulon is the author dashboard they have for all the steps. It really makes the process easier and puts everything at your fingertips, which ******** helped me complete. So far, this publisher has been great. I look forward to the next weeks of production and printing.Xulon Press
