I entered into an agreement with Liberty Hill Publishing on June 20, 2024, to publish my book on September 3, 2024, for $5,250. I paid $2,000 up front scheduled to pay $1,083 for three months. last week placed a hold on any further payments to Liberty Hill. Since June 20, I have spoken to **** twice, since *********, my Pre-Production Rep. has only called me once. I have left voice messages and emails for both ******** and **** over the past 5 1/2 weeks. I have received only a few messages.Three weeks ago, I was told by **** that the person assigned to read my book is concerned my book may not be legally published because it is "very critical of the *** and contains a lot of *** documents," I was told the Vice President of Liberty Hill would have to decide if the book can me legally published. After the second week, I called and left a message for the ** to please give me a call. On this same day, I sent **** the following link ******************************************************************** , regarding ****************************, D. Columbia, District Judge *******************************, MEMORANDUM OPINION issued on May 6, 2009, stating I can publish my book. At Liberty Hill, no one ever answers a phone, you must leave a message, and wait for them to reply or call. My September 3, book launch will not happen. To date, Liberty Hill has not produced any work product, even though I have done everything they have asked of me. I left a message for **** on July 25, asking that she or someone call me by the end of business on Friday July 26. I informed her that if no one called me, I would being to initiate a series of steps which would not be favorable to Liberty Hill. It has now been four days since I left this message and I have not received an email or any call from Liberty Hill. I have absolutely no confidence in Liberty Hill's publishing abilities and request they refund my $2,000 as soon as possible.
