    WORST COMPANY EVER!!! My embroidery machine I purchased from ricoma will not work for nothing. The warranty when I brought it in 2020 says 5yr warranty RICOMA REFUSED TO HONOR IT .. anytime I call the customer support I either get no answer or a *** with a attitude they NEVER follow back up.. they REFUSE to get my out of the machine.. I tried GIVING IT AWAY and the person that came to look at it TURNED DOWN THE MACHINE as it REFUSE TO WORK FOR HIM.. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYBODY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD WASTE OF CREDIT AND MONEY.

    **** determined the problem that I was experiencing, called me to discuss it, and got the replacement part shipped out by the end of our phone call. Now, this machine is back up and running great. Not only great technical support, but the customer service was also spot on. I hope I never need to reach out again, but if I do, I'm confident that my issue will be resolved quickly.

    Reynaldo D., Tec support. Highly recommend him as a rep. He helped me figure out that the hoop that was sold to me was in fact not the right hoop for my machine. He was also very helpful in reaching my demand and exceeding my expectation as we both learned something new that day about the machine as well. Thank you Reynaldo.

    If you are looking to get in on the apparel decoration game, I cannot recommend Ricoma highly enough. The level of service and training that you receive, given the price point of their products, is second to none. Furthermore, the quality of their machines are very decent, well built with intuitive operating systems. I recently had an issue with a couple of cap drivers on my multi-head embroidery machine, which Kimberly Handal helped me to successfully resolve via video call. This level of support can only really be provided by an organization that understands their machines inside and out.

    Never delivered. No customer support. Dont buy. Its impossible to get a hold of customer service. I sent multiple emails with no response.
