    My car was delivered today, 9/5. A day later than expected. I called Coastal Auto shipping and they were very helpful saying that I could have my Dad sign off on my car since I was going out of town the morning of 9/5. I really appreciated that and was grateful with how easy they made that process.Then I received pictures from my Father of the back of my car. The two proximity sensors were removed, leaving two small holes in the back bumper. And I had what appears to be two palm sized dents on either side of my license plate. The driver insisted that my car was already like that and my Dad said okay cause he wasn't sure. The only major dents or scrapes that were on my car before shipping was a dent on the driver's side and a scrap on the front bumper. I paid for a service to ship my car and deliver it to my home and in the process my car was damaged and property was stolen. I will be calling tomorrow to chat with someone and request all damages be covered. If no one is able to rectify the issue I will be taking legal action.

    I shipped my car through coastal auto shipping end of August 2024. I had used a different company previously and decided to switch to them because of the good reviews. But upon receiving my car it was damaged. Dents in my trunk and holes in the trunk. They were initially very easy to contact and they had the driver pay for damages. When I took my vehicle to the shop to be repaired they gave me a second invoice of further damages under the bumper they were not able to see until they removed the bumper. I STILL have not received the money for this second invoice. I feel like they are just hoping I will forget about it and they won't have to pay another $600. I'm frustrated that it's taken months and I still haven't received money to pay for repairs. They say they are waiting to hear back from the driver to issue the money. This isn't fair business practice. I as the customer shouldn't have to wait months for this. The company should front the cost to fix my vehicle and then take it up with the driver or their insurance.

    Hello guys,

     We have been in communication with Aubree with a resolution to her order. We feel like she should've come to us before she made a complaint, it could've been easily resolved. Her claim had already been paid and claim closed when she reached out again asking to reopen it. She didn't understand that there is a process that we must follow with the contracted carriers. Process that doesn't directly have to do with us but the carriers insurance. We respectfully appreciate everyone's time but feel like this complaint is unfair since we are not in control of how companies insurance process goes. Nonetheless we have reached to ****** to address and find resolution to her concerns on her claim.
