    Eco window does not deserve any stars. I have had and issue with the insulated glass where the argon gas leaked and there is a stain in between the impact glass and the insulated glass. They dont answer the phone nor do they return the call. I emailed them and the only thing I got back from them was am if I was a dealer, if not I need to contact the dealer. Now they state that they have a 7 year warranty on the glass. Its been a year now and they have not done a thing about it. Warranty are supplied by the manufacture not the dealer. Now I have the front door and two glasses that are defective from which it was very expensive. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, its a quasi company.

    Worst service department ever!!!! THEY REFUSE TO DO BASIC SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE !! So unacceptable. I have an obvious leak coming in from an old gasket that needs to be replaced. Thats all I need and they refuse to help **** literally had to show up at the shop to get a service appointment. No one answers emails or returns your call at the service ***** After they sent a tech out I get a call back the next day saying they refuse to do any basic maintenance on my windows because houses in my community have issues with roof leaks.What does that have to do with the gaskets that need attention on my ground floor windows!!!! ????If ECO refuses to do basic service, which I am willing to pay for, I will have no choice but to advise all my clients, developers, general contractors, and suppliers of this issue.I WILL NEVER SPEC ECO WINDOWS FOR ANY OF MY PROJECTS, WORLD WIDE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
