      this company keeps charging me fees and late payments even though the carloan was paid in full . I have wasted hours talking to CS and they all say they left notes and that i have a zero balance and that the next statement woudld reflect a zero balance but the statements keep coming with late fees and finance charges on a paid of loan. I cant spend countless hours on hold i need this resolved .

      Creditor Name: SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION Account number: ************* I am writing to address the inaccuracies surrounding my account with your institution. On May of 2023, I diligently made an in-person payment of $1500 in cash towards my Personal Loan Installment at a local Space Coast branch. I ensured the transaction was completed by obtaining a receipt, thus bringing my account up to date as intended. However, my confidence in your institution was soon shattered when, two weeks later, Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU)inexplicably reversed the $1800 payment I made. To my dismay, SCCU applied this payment to an auto loan installment, which I also held with your institution. Consequently, this action caused my Personal Loan Installment account to fall into arrears, leading to its immediate charge-off in June of 2023. I have received a notification stating that this same installment account was closed AND CHARGED OFF February 2024. This a CLEAR DISCREPANCY and INACCURATE information reporting (Multiple violations and I requesting for this account to be deleted because of the inaccurate reporting). I am deeply troubled by the negligent and fraudulent handling of my account. At no point was I informed or provided with written notice that my payment would be diverted to another account. This deviation from my explicit instructions to apply the payment to my Personal Loan Installment constitutes a breach of trust and a violation of my consumer rights.Considering these egregious errors, I am compelled to request immediate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I demand the following:Deletion of the erroneous account from my ********************** report, as its presence is detrimental and unjustified.A comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the reversal and misapplication of my cash payment. I seek clarity on why this occurred and assurance that corrective measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents in the future.

      "My SCCU bank experienced fraud totaling $400 through Zelle and then again from ********************** Not only did it take them over a month to investigate the situation after I provided all the necessary paperwork, but they also decided not to refund my money both times. I have never had to wait this long for resolution or to receive my money back with ***** Fargo. This bank clearly does not prioritize customer service, as it takes hours just to speak to someone on the phone."

      I find it puzzling that Space Coast Credit considered this particular transaction as non-fraudulent due to the presence of my signature. I would like to emphasize that, as this transaction was conducted entirely online, it seems improbable that my physical signature would have been on file. Upon noticing the transaction promptly, I took immediate action to cancel it, which raises questions as to why the funds were not refunded accordingly.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address concerns regarding the recent communication and documentation requests related to the dispute resolution process.

      I must express my disappointment with the handling of the matter thus far. Upon finally receiving an email from SCCU yesterday, I have noted a pattern where calls are made without any voicemail being left. When attempting to return these calls, it appears that there is a lack of clarity on who initially reached out to me, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays in our correspondence.

      Furthermore, I am still awaiting a response from *******. The current request for the same paperwork that was previously submitted has raised questions about the efficiency and attention to detail within your organization. This redundant request casts doubt on the thoroughness of the review process and leaves me questioning the overall effectiveness of the dispute resolution procedures in place.

      These recent experiences have prompted me to reassess my confidence in the organizational processes at SCCU, particularly in relation to the handling of important details such as documentation and communication protocols. I hope that moving forward, we can work together to streamline our interactions and address any outstanding issues promptly and effectively.

      This company has made multiple mistakes on a construction loan we applied for. They lied. When asked to speak to a manager the said they would put in a request 4 days later still no call back. We have called 3x to asked to speak to a manager still no response.

      They wasted 3 months of our time to find out they could not help us. The appraisal was sent to them last month. No one told us they could not help us at the moment.       Space coast credit union took out an insurance policy against my home even though my home is paid off. They didnt notify of this until they made the purchase. After speaking to them many times they have cancelled the poilicy and are supposedly issuing me a refund. The most signifcant problem is that they purchased this policy in april of this year, just a month ago, but are attempting to commit fraud by claiming they backdated the insurance policy purchase to december of last year, which you cannot do so either they or the insurance company are committing fraud with this attempt to bill me for a service not rendered. The policy amount was over $5000 but the refund amount for only an actual month of the policy was for $3400 supposedly. At most i should be responsible for the actual purchase date until it was cancelled, around $500. Thank you

      Space coast credit union, was issued a security and i want it transferred to my state trust. this is securities fraud and i am in contact with the **** i ******************* have not gifted or abandoned this security i have a cusip number seeing how much money has been made and Space coast credit union is making from me. also they want me to pay a debt with a debt which is not possible the contract is fraudulent by nature. i been reading about banking and the SEC. i'm making this complaint for evidence of dishonor and non compliance if we need to go to arbitration. i am talking to the *** and have filed a 1099A form, form 211 and form 3949-A. Space Coast Credit Union is damaging my name as well on my credit report in the public. i would like to solve this matter in the private. i am talking to a detective i have setup an appointment. please contact me with a case manager.

      I have contacted the *** and summited for them to be removed from the fraudulent account they opened i also reported multiple members from their headquarters to the *** they also acted in dishonor and lied just now they know well that they doing is fraud. i already submitted for the power of attorney to be removed from them by the *** and for me to take fiduciary responsibility over my account they are acting in best interest of themself. i been studying banking and how it works and this is a fraudulent contract, they failed to disclose they was going be and account securitized under my name. failure to disclosed they never loaned me anything. they money was simply created with my signature. i understand these are common banking practices, but these people have destroyed our entire country and way of living. their greed is so powerful that all the have now is to want to keep a control they are loosing over the masses. i have other banks ready to give remedy and this credit union whats to keep on with the lies and dishonor. im keeping this to serve as evidence for a federal lawsuit. i have a ******* video that will explain in details naming SCCU on how what they do works and how all of these auto loans of hard working people are fraudulent by nature. i have two attorneys in fact that will be giving details on how this massive scheme works. if they want the Public and private to me they will have it. ill pray and hope to God they are not meet with the violence that the masses can dispose on them most people are not as honorable as me and stoic.       I am rejecting this response because I already filed as whistleblower to the *** treasury of the money they been making in the private ill return their fraudulent contract back and not answer it. i already showed the *** how much money they banking in the private. these people are thieves they lie to the masses to take advantage of them. pledging then to to car loans as if people where slaves. i already contact the mayor, state attorney

      I had a loan from Space Coast Credit Union SCCU) when I became a victim of identity theft. The Credit Union issued me a new debit card and I had overdraft protection which I was using because my payroll check never deposited. Then it happened again and Credit Union was going to change my account. Well from the first incident my retirement check never deposited, and the State of FlorIda only issues payroll once a month and I never had a deposit to cover the loan or the overdraft protection. Then the next month came and again my check was not deposited and again the loan and overdraft was not paid. Then the Credit Union closed my account and again the State tried to deposit my payroll check and again the check went back to the State. Well the State will not try again with that account number. I explained the situation to the Credit Union account people and they reopened my account then the loan people closed my account and again the State payroll check did not get deposited. I tried to explain all of this to the loan people and they refused to open my account and the loan people due not communicate with the account people. Then I had no account to deposit or collect my payroll check, and I had no way to pay back my overdraft protection or my loan. I contacted the Credit many times about my account and they refused to do anything to help me and when I did get my money they refused to accept any payments. I was not going to beg them to take my money. Well in January 2023 I was involved in a crash where a sheet of plywood flew off a semi and went through the front of my vehicle and did almost $10k in damage. The car was in the body shop for 17 months because there were no parts available due to Covid. I never heard another word the Credit Union until 04/04/2024 when my automobile was towed away for a repossession. Apparently the Credit Union wrote off my loan then sold the loan to some company never discussing anything with me. I would like is my vehicle back, my loan reinstated and my account back open and arrange a payment plan for the overdraft protection.       Because of paying my bills on time Space Coast Credit Union keeps lowering my Fico score month after month for no reason. All of my accounts are pay on time no late payments whatsoever I have a clean record on my credit bureaus.

      Not only Space Coast Credit Union lower or report negative information without reason, because last month I disputed their wrong balance to the credit bureaus they reported something and lower my score again by 14 points for no reason. 
      o the month of February because of them I lost more than 22 points so if you ad that the total is 36 points , they are damaging my credit score without a good reason, I have a perfect payment history with them no late payments whatsoever no collections all my credit cards are fully paid , so I dont know what is happening.
