  This was a gift for my son’s wedding that turned into a nightmare. Stayed Friday through Sunday. Upon checking into the room the fire alarm was beeping. He called it in and they didn’t show up till 7 am the next morning. The floor carpeting was wet from rain intrusion, the bathroom vent didn’t work properly. The room was super humid. They were moved to a second room. The room had no WiFi. They moved them back to the first room and still no working vent, and alarm beeping. Finally they come and fix the beeping alarm and leave all the ceiling debris on the floor. Unacceptable for the price. The housekeeping was horrible. No one showed up to change out towels, provide toiletries or change sheets. Will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone. The furniture was worn and looked very dated.

  We stayed 3 nights 6-2 to 6-4-23. Floor covered with sand so your feet were dirty upon getting into bed. Food and drinks were very expensive. The night before we left we purchased food to take in the car...pizza..etc. next morning the kitchen counter and everything on it was swarming with strange bugs that moved very fast. There were hundreds of them! Took a pic and tried to identify it but never could. All things we had on the counter.. food.. coolers.. small luggage for meds... cups..etc. were covered with these bugs. Had to throw it all away. No food for the car. No cooler. No small luggage bags..etc. Told front desk at checkout and was told "I guess we need to spray." Never offered us any compensation for our losses. The food alone was nearly $200! Will never stay there again. If this site allowed I would upload a pic of the bugs. They were crawling in the crevices of the microwave and any other place they could. It was disgusting. They wouldn't even let you use a luggage rack without a bellhop assisting which then caused you to have to tip. Vending machines only take cash. No cards. Ice machines are only on certain floors which is very inconvenient. Balcony rails were pealing. Furniture was dirty and disgusting. Trash cans were way too small. Coffee in the room had no smell or taste like it was too old. Sugar in the packs was hard like it was old. Not enough toilet tissue in the room. Had to go to front desk many times to get things we needed for the room. Also found a spider in the bathtub when we first got in the room. Very disappointing. :(
