We were one of Legacy Pools LLC first customers (#10 customer is what we were told at the time) to get a pool completed. We are thankful it was completed compared to other’s horror stories. However, we have had to replace the pump already at three years. This was a $2,000 investment that we should not have had to pay already. According to the manufacturer of the pump, it was not installed correctly by Legacy, and that is the reason it did not last. Also we bought the lifetime warranty on our pool. We have a crack in the spa. In the last year we left numerous voice messages and emails to Legacy, even sent them our weekly water quality water check test verification sheets for three years, and no one has reached out to us about it. Such a shame that a company like this has been able to get away with so many individual’s money and sometimes even, life savings! Unbelievable! Does anyone know of which law firm is in charge of this overall suit against Kristin and Chad *****, the owners of Legacy Pools?

This was a BAD Company overall, they took our money and did not deliver the product. Really BAD Customer Service, and did not Care how you felted or what condition they put you in. We lost thousands of dollars with this company. My wife is still crying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It is my prayer that they never be able to do or have any kind of Business of any kind or anywhere.

We started paper work for the pool December 2019 and here we are today September 1, 2022 and the pool is not done yet. For the past few weeks they haven't answer there phones. Now I understand that action 9 news are investigating them. All of these complains is exactly what we are going through. Find another builder if your planing to have a pool.

I would give them a 0 rating, but on a positive side, of which there is only one, they are very good at convincing you to pay them for a product you will likely not receive. After 19 months, all payments made in cash in advance of an item being completed, ie. equipment, pavers, electrical work, lighting, etc. we still do not have a completed pool. We had to contract our screen enclosure and repair to a feature wall on our own on the promise the interior coating would be completed. After 9 months of Legacy not having anyone on site to complete any work for us, we finally terminated them on our permit and will be sub contracting the remainder of our project and at another large expense to us. They make promise after promise, refuse to answer emails and voicemails to give answers when you can expect completion. If you do receive any communication it is always untrue, you wait for them to show up and it doesn't happen. Many, many excuses and nothing completed. Do yourself a large favor and research and find a reputable company to build your dream.

My construction with legacy pools has been the same as all the others. Worst construction experience of my life. I have given up on them finishing my pool. We've had to contact an attorney for legal assistance. They are going out of business for sure at this rate. you notice they don't even respond to the negative Google reviews anymore. This company has cost me over $50k addition expenses and the pool has not been completed. The city of Cocoa said the permit had expired because of inactivity as had their company insurances. Their Brevard county contractors license is up for renewal and most likely will NOT be renewed. I am told they are being incestigated by the state for TAX FRAUD - they were submitting for permits w a fraction of the cost actually agreed to in contract to avoid some of the sales tax, permit fees and other state impact fees. You can verify this.

Working with Legacy Pools has been the most expensive mistake I've ever made. We signed on a contract over a year ago, and we have been waiting for pavers for over four months. The owners have blocked their personal emails so you cannot get any meaningful updates. Our backyard being in a state of disarray for close to a year has put a tremendous amount of stress on our family. I would not wish this on anyone. The salespeople are great. You will get a nice design and a competitive quote. Do not buy. You will not get a finished pool. I hope that Legacy changes their behavior and I can update this review with a better rating and images of my finished product. However, based on experiences to date, I don't anticipate that happening.

I've given Legacy pool a total of $37,500 for my pool I signed the contract on 3/24/2021 and 14 months later all I have is a concrete hole in my back yard, my back yard is a nightmare. so my advise is be very careful if you still want to do business have your lawyer look over the contract before you sign it, but if I were you I would run for cover.
