Just to let people know about the shoddy workmanship from Property *********************************************** (PRC). They put on our new roof 4 years ago, and a few shingles were lifting because they didn't seal the flashing correctly. And of course, they don't call me back to have someone take care of the problem.

      ****************,

PRC has visited the site and come to the conclusion that the lifting is a manufacturer's defect. Your wife filed a claim and we didn't have the staff on hand that week to come collect a sample so you can send that to them. The homeowner is responsible for handling manufacturers claims and PRC is more than willing to help until you wanted to listen to another local roofer who of course only wants to bad mouth another company causing you to pay out of pocket for a claim that should be handled by the manufacturer. Your roof fully passed the inspection so the work was not done incorrectly and your roof does not have a roof leak. The work on the property was done correctly. We would love the opportunity to continue to assist you with the claim and save you from paying another roofer who is only trying to make a dollar.

Project was windows and sliding glass doors and it took over a year due to supply issues. Very poor communication re when supplies would arrive and project begin. Once project started, poor communication continued with damaged product arriving. Phone calls and emails not returned. Project finally completed and the installations were done well. Darrell was awesome and we were always grateful when he arrived. He is an expert installer with great customer skills.
