    I am filing this complaint to report the unprofessional conduct of Royal Gutters, LLC and its owner, ******* ******, regarding a $1,400 deposit that has not been refunded. Despite repeated assurances from Mr. ****** that I would receive my refund, he has failed to fulfill this commitment, resulting in frustration and significant inconvenience.Details of the Issue:On May 30, 2024, I paid Royal Gutters, LLC a deposit of $1,400 for a gutter installation job. On October 22, 2024, I informed Mr. ****** that I needed to cancel the job, and he agreed to refund my deposit. He provided his address and stated that I could meet him later that day to pick up a check. However, when I attempted to meet him, he rescheduled multiple times with various excuses, failing to show up on each occasion. This pattern continued through several agreed-upon appointments, during which I also offered to accept the refund via wire transfer to simplify the process, but he did not respond.On several occasions, Mr. ****** confirmed by phone or text that he would deliver the refund check, only to cancel or fail to show up. The delay, missed appointments, and lack of communication have made it clear that Mr. ****** is unwilling to follow through on his commitment to refund my deposit.Desired Outcome:I am seeking a full refund of my $1,400 deposit from Royal Gutters, LLC, delivered by cashiers check or wire transfer. I also request that the BBB review this complaint alongside similar complaints regarding Royal Gutters, LLC and consider further action to ensure this business conducts itself more ethically and professionally in the future.Attachments:I am providing supporting documentation, including screenshots of our communications and a copy of the deposit check, to substantiate my claims.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     ******* and Royal Gutters came highly recommended by a family member, which gave us comfort in their ability to deliver. ******* stopped by our property on October 1, 2023 and provided us with a quote on work to update and clean our gutters, gave us an invoice and asked for a deposit of $800. Once he gave us the invoice (which did NOT say it was non-refundable) and we sent over our deposit, that's when we never saw ******* or his crew again. He got into a pattern of giving a date he or his crew would come, only for neither him nor his crew to not show up ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. After giving him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduling multiple times, the last straw was on the last date he said he was going to come - where he no-showed again, and did not respond to our calls and texts until the Monday after because he was returning from a fishing trip. Once we asked for our deposit back is when he responded. We've asked for our money back quite a few times now, he says he will do it, but alas and consistent with our experience, he does not. After this experience we looked up other reviews and unfortunately found that they align with our overall experience with ******* and Royal Gutters, where other customers have complained about a similar experience. This has not been resolved and he still has not returned our deposit.

    We hired ******* and Royal Gutters to replace and install gutters and downspouts at our home on 10/1/23. He came highly recommended by a family member, which gave us comfort in their ability to deliver. After providing us with a quote and sending over our deposit ($800), that's when our in-person interactions with ******* came to a halt! He would give a date, only for him and his crew to no-show ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. After giving him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduling multiple times, the straw that broke the camel's back was his no-show after returning from a fishing trip (on the date he said he was going to come). Mind you, we found out after calling him to demand our deposit back. Once we asked for our deposit back is when he responded. We've asked for our money back quite a few times now, he says he will do it, but alas and consistent with our experience, he does not. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

    Please see attached written confirmation via text from ******* that he would refund my deposit on multiple occasions, but he's yet to do so.

    Royal Gutters took a 50% deposit from me for a new gutters for my home. After months of back and forth and excuses ******* disappeared and never performed the work. After requesting a refund for my deposit I was left with no response. After multiple attempts to retrieve my deposit money, I still have not been able to collet what is due to me.

    *************************** came to my house, presented a contract and asked for a deposit that was given on 08/10/2023. It was agreed that the installation would be done on 08/18/2023. I called ******* the day before to confirm that the work will be done and he confirmed, stating that at 8:30 AM his team would be there to start the work. He never came and said that there was delays with the the machine that shape the gutters and will be delivered to at 1:00 PM (first delay). He said that this machine is rented and it should come from Hollywood to *****. After another call at 3:00 PM ******* said the truck carrying the machine and the materials was stuck in traffic on the Turnpike. At 6:00 PM ******* was still lying about the machine saying that it should arrive soon. At 8:00 PM ******* said that it is not his responsibility because the machine is rented and his provider is not honoring his word, but I didnt contacted his provider, I paid a deposit ($2,000) and signed a contract with Royal Gutters. ******* said that on Saturday 19th at 6:30 AM he will be in the shop solving the issues and assured that the work would be initiated that day. At 9:00 AM after several calls that he didnt answered he said that he has not idea of what happens, what kind of business is this??? I talked with him telling that I was not longer interested in doing business with his company and I demanded the return on the deposit given. At the time I'm writing this review ******* is not picking up the phone and have not returned the deposit ($2,000).This is a person that is immensely IRRESPONSIBLE and LIES with ease. I dont really know how this people are allowed to be in business. My recommendation is to not do business with Royal Gutters and ***************************. I didnt have the opportunity to see his work but I rather not taking the chances, who knows what kind of work hi is able to do.

    Royal Gutters contracted with us to install gutters. They installed them but one (that we know of) was installed so poorly that it does not drain to the side like it is supposed to. That creates a situation where it looks like a waterfall from a part of the gutter close to a corner. The gutter has since warped because of the constant pounding of water on that part of the gutter when it rains. We notified the owner repeatedly and he repeatedly said he would come to fix it. Each time he said he would come he did not show up, even after we started threatening him that we would give him a poor review. We posted a poor review hoping he'd decide to fix it but he has completely ignored us. At this point we need to hire someone else to replace the brand new gutter he installed so poorly it was ruined within a month.

    Royal gutter signed a contract in Dec 2022 to do some gutter installation on our house. I paid him (*******) $600 for the deposit via check. He never came back to do the work. When I called him repeatedly he said he would return the money but never did. I have been calling him every day for last month. It's now 4 months since he signed the contract.

    Royal Gutters, LLC, EIN 47-5077281, signed a contract with me on 11/17/2022, to replace the gutters on my home. The total cost was $2,440. Royal Gutters required a deposit of $1,200, which I paid on 11/17/2022. We agreed that Royal Gutters would replace the gutters as soon as the roof was replaced. The roof work was completed on 1/25/2023. Royal Gutters agreed to start work on 1/28. No one showed up. and they did not respond to phone calls or texts. I texted and called again on 1/30; the phone went to voicemail and no one responded to calls or texts. Royal Gutters texted me on 2/1 to say they would call me. I texted and called numerous times since then. Royal Gutters twice stated they would send workers, but no one showed up, and they have not responded to phone calls or texts . On 2/16 I gave them the option of refunding my deposit or completing the job. They have not refunded the deposit or responded by phone or text. I am requesting a refund of the $1,200 deposit as no work has been started, Royal Gutters in not communicating with me, and I have no confidence that they would complete the job.

    6/21/22 $1500 A properly functioning residential gutter system. He took full payment and never returned to finish or correct bad installation. Gutters don't drain properly and are sloped wrong and leaking. Owner, ***************************, has told me he would fix this multiple times. No less than 10 times. I've taken off of work to wait for his team several times and he has not shown up.
