Sun Coast sciences. I have canceled my subscription on two different locations and after both cancellations I received my subscription orders amount to $105. I have the company through email which was never answered. Im not sure what to do but right now they have $210 of my money after sending me product after cancellation. My intitial order from Sun Coast Sciences was on Jan 9th 2025. I got my product approximately 2 weeks later, around the 24th of Jan. I ordered 9 bottles, plenty to last me. I emailed them on Feb 6th 7:30 am to cancel the monthly subscription and received an email back from them that it had been canceled. On Feb 26th I got a package in the mail and I didn't know what it was. It didn't say SunCoast Sciences on the package. I had to open it to see what was in it. Inside was a packing slip with 3 bottles of product. They had force shipped this product on the day very I had canceled. I called my credit card and they also charged my card on the same day! I told them I would reach out to SunCoast to try and work this out. I emailed SunCoast Feb 26th and told them what had happened. They replied that they would send a packing label for me to return the product in 7 days and to take the charge off my card. That did not happen. I called my credit card back and filed a dispute. SunCoast has a self service spot on their web page that supposedly will help you with returns and they just try to sell you other products instead of trying to fix the problem. Even if I would ship the product back at my expense, I can't find an address. They said in their email on Feb 26th, that my recurring shipments were canceled. Evidently that is the only they said that wasn't a lie. No one answers when you call their number. They have a customer portal where you can supposedly chat with someone. You get some excuse that no one is available to chat with you. Their customer service is terrible and they lie. I have blocked them from putting anymore charges on my credit card.Business Response

On February 6th, your shipment was already processed at 2:27 AM, several hours before we received your cancellation request at 9:25 AM (see image). At that point, it was too late to stop the package from going out, but we should have communicated that to you clearly, and I sincerely apologize that we didnt.
Regarding your return, we originally emailed you a return label on March 10th, but due to an unexpected outage with our postal provider, there was a delay in processing it. That should have been explained to you, and I completely understand why it felt like you were being left in the dark. That was our mistake too, and Im really sorry for any inconvenience it caused. When you later requested a mailed return label since you didnt have a printer, we verified your address and sent it to you right away (see image).
I also want to assure you that your subscription has been fully canceled, and you have been refunded for the three bottles, and a return label was mailed to you on March 18.
Were truly disappointed that the stars didnt align between us this time *********, but we still appreciate you and the trust you placed in us. As a small gesture of gratitude, Ill be sending you a separate email with a $50 coupon that you can use toward any product on our website. I was just looking at ordering some face serum from Suncoast sciences, LLC. Before I hit the send, I decided to double check their rating with BBB. I was disheartened by what I saw so never continued through with the purchase. Now I have a text message from them saying thank you for the purchase. Im not sure how they could have achieved this without me sending the final confirmation through, but it looks as though they have. I wantno part of their company and a full refund. Having discovered at that point that I was being charged for a 3 pack but also for and additional 6 pack that I did not order.
