    On June 15, 2022 I submitted a deposit payment for the order of an impact door. The company told me I should expect the door to arrive anywhere between 4-6 weeks. After waiting 11 weeks on September 1st 2022 a door was delivered. Upon checking the measurements we come to find out on September 2, 2022 that the door is incorrect. I was delivered a door that was not the measurements of the door I ordered. I contacted the company V&V windows on Tuesday September 6, 2022 because they were closed for Labor Day weekend. During this time I was in ******* on a family vacation celebrating my sons first birthday. Upon contacting the company they had no idea the wrong door was delivered to me. They told me they would do some research to find out where my door was left. I was informed that my door was left at another clients location and that they could deliver it on Wednesday September 7th 2022. I informed them I was away in ******* but I would try and have someone at my home to accept the correct door and so they could take the one that was left with me. The company never advised what time they would send a driver. On the morning of, a driver calls me to tell me hes 30minutes away, I advised I had no one available at my home at that time to accept the correct door. I then called the company and was informed that if no one could accept the door at that moment then they wouldnt know when they could resend the door. After several phone calls with no resolution to a re-delivery day due to them delivering the wrong door my husband informed them that if they could not deliver the door upon our return from vacation which was The following day, Thursday, then he would require a refund. We returned from vacation the following day and I contacted the company to arrange a solution to a re-delivery date and was informed by the owners daughter that they will not deliver my door but instead refund me the money and send a driver immediately to pick up the wrong door that was left originall
