  In 2023 and 2024 I had her help with my taxes. Last year she avoided me charges a fee without telling me and filed my taxes late and not fully. She will block my number and block my husband's and take the money and leave us to only find that it was deposited into her account already. Thanks *****! I hope you rot in jail one day!

  She will steal your money go on vacation and block and threaten you. Avoid this business at all costs. Finally, you've been reported for your fraud and stealing.

  Hello, 

  I have tried to assist ******* **** and to satisfy her as a client. She received her 2023 income tax return this year for federal and state which are two different fees since its 2 different returns but the fee does apply on the same return , which you can see in the attachment. There isn't a way to do a income tax for 2024, as that's for the next tax season in 2025. 

  She is upset at the fees, which I tried returning some of it to her to satisfy her and advised her I only have *****. She then proceeded to tell me she has the Cash app, Chime, and ******* and I do not trust any of those applications. Attached is a screenshot of our conversation, which shows I asked her for someone's Zelle that she trusted to retrieve half of the money but never provided a Zelle account. If she doesn't provide a Zelle account, there isn't a way for me to pay her half of the income tax prep fees. 

  ******* went as far as to call my cell phone numerous times, stating that she was coming to my place of business to fight me and that she was going to call the police on me and get my children taken away from me, She threatened me with things that I'm honestly embarrassed to say because that's defamation of character. She started an issue she could have easily resolved by providing a zelle account.

  I had spoken to ***** over the phone and she had told me that my taxes would be free. Not that my two separate tax returns that I get from the state automatically would be charged for. It was that she was supposed to be doing my 2022 and 2023 taxes. Which she could not complete. She kept telling me she had so many problems. She made every excuse in the book and then had some strange lady forward my information through to the tax people to go to her account. Not the one that I gave. Everything this lady says is a lie. I will be going after her in ther ways than just BBB complaints to get my money. We did have a zelle and we did try to get the tax money back from her. She said she would return the fees that she stole. I can message you all the proof. She's committing fraud. She charge me for my 2022 taxes and now it's saying that it was for the separate state tax return that comes automatically. Which none of what she's saying was explained on her bill. She hid fees and she lied by telling me she wouldn't be charging me. Last year she did my taxes and she also messed them up. That was the reasoning for her not charging me for this year's tax return which she wasn't even competent enough to finish both of which I gave her. I am still owed a debt of $520.

  I am rejecting this response because, this woman is a scam artist. She ended up charging me an amount that was not agreed upon and she also didn't finish my 2022 taxes like she said she would.

  I already attached files to the BBB of when I sent you the Zelle. You cash apped me two years ago. What changed? Honestly if you're a drug abuser and liar your kids are better off somewhere else. You should have never had children if you need to scam to take care of them. I needed you're address for other reports actually. It's okay keep recording calls without my knowledge. It's honestly all in my favor. Thank you.

  You accepted my venmo account for my return also. Then, a lady named ******** received it. That's actually fraud and forgery also. You've been messing with me for years now. If you need my Zelle I'll send it here for the third/fourth time of me giving you an account (which you're not to be trusted clearly).

  I responded with screenshots of text messages, and also a copy of her tax return signed by her through a esignature. In the attachments that I sent the BBB shows it was sent to her email and she signed her income tax documents. She never provided us with a Venmo account, which wouldn't be possible since we don't accept Venmo accounts. She has 0 proof of this because she is lying. The reason she is making a complaint is because *** took longer then normal to process her return to receive her refund. I also attached screenshot of proof that she received her refund. I don't understand why ******* **** keeps harassing me. She was referred to me by a family friend, and was informed that she has mental health issues, and does hard core drugs. 

  I have done everything on my end to provide great customer service. All I can do is process income tax returns, however long it takes the *** to release the funds is soley on the ***, unfortunately I have no control over that,

  Hello, 

  ******* **** claims that I would do her taxes for free but when you own a business, people pay for services being provided. She claims I messed up on her 2020, which I did not. She needed to verify her identity with the *** which she took almost a year to do. Within that year of her not verifying her identity with the ***, I would call her husband to inquire if ******* ever called to verify. He stated that she has been extremely busy and hasn't had a chance to call ***.  ******* wanted to file 2021 however i informed her that she need to verify her 2020 income tax return in order to get her refund, which she did although it look a year. Once she received her refund ******* was in the clear to file 2021 which was filed and processed, she also received her refund. 

  I never advised ******* that I would do her taxes for free. I'm not in business to provide services for free when I never messed up her income tax return.

  That has nothing to do with the issue at hand. We are talking about 2023 taxes you filed and charged for 2022 as well. Although, you never even did my *********************************************************************** the statement? I'll wait. Also, who is ********?

  I am sorry you're bad at business and a bad liar. That's why you illegally record people right? I just want my money that is owed to me. That's all.

  Also, I gave you my venmo for my refund which you kept. Since then I have had someone trying to hack my account consistently. Your not smart by stealing money and you and your friend WILL end up in jail. That's why your kid needs to be checked on. ****, thief, and no real job.

  I believe she wants my Zelle to hack my account. She asked me for venmo when signing paperwork and she got it. I never received $1 for my refund thanks to her and another unknown scammer (********) taking it. This woman is a pathological liar. She actually believes what she's saying is true. You never helped anyone! You're a thief! A scammer who should have no rights near anybody else's money. Especially not accounts. Why the f*** would I trust you? The "fee" was hidden in your huge package of paperwork. After, the verbal contract statement that you would do it for free after messing up my taxes the first time. If I would have known I needed to go verify myself in person, because they thought you were doing fraud; don't you think that would've happened before a year? I really think you need to see a psych doctor. You are CRAZY.

  I filed my taxes with this company on 04/17/2023 & My return was to be deposited in my bank account on 06/06/2023 . Now when I call ******************************* I get no return call & fake text ************ still don't know where my refund went.
