    A big rip off for anyone not paying close attention. There is no way to cancel the subscription except writing the company. My sister who has cognitive problems and she signed up for the app, and instead of selecting the once yearly rate, opted for the monthly rate of $30 a month. As its an app for procrastination, its a perfect tool, to hook the people who have issues in the first place with their very high repeating monthly rate. She never downloaded or opened the app. I find it unforgivable that they don't let the customer have any options other than writing the company to cancel their subscription.

    They said I signed up for a subscription and took money out of my account. I did not sign up for a subscription. I would give them no stars if I could!

    If I could rate this company a zero , I would. I have had the worst business experience with Brainy Apps. I took over a year paying roughly $30,000 for development of an app that I have no access to. The promised me my source code, which is the code of the app, and I cannot make contact with any of the employees or owners. After multiple attempts of trying to retrieve it, they finally emailed back saying they are going bankrupt. This is after they took my funds without providing all of the services they owed. I will be taking legal action soon. If anyone is interested in possibly filing a suit together , I am definitely interested.

    Reading these reviews, I can relate to every single one of them they have scammed me out of 30 K they have not returned any of my emails or calls. I have also been asking them to provide me with my source code however, for over a year now I have not been able to receive it. Along with that while I was working with them, they lost all my data for my app, but I input it personally, and said it was due to a service failure. Nothing was done, and I was not given any compensation for this gross negligence.Like everyone else in my app was delayed for years and communication between the company, and myself was so poor. It was so stressful.I was a student when I started this app, and I was also paying for this app myself and now I am feeling the repercussions because of their scam. I agree to a class action lawsuit against them. I still have not received an email or a call back. Theres no way to contact them since they have filed for bankruptcy.. *********************** and his team of scammers need to be held accountable.

    I invested ****** dollars to develop an application and they do not answer emails or calls they do not appear anywhere I have been working on this project for more than 5 years and I could not finish it because they scammed me, they stole all my savings and the trust of the relatives who trusted me and helped me with the investment

    DO NOT FALL FOR IT! These guys (*****, ****, and ******) are professional scam artists. They filed for bankruptcy in the middle of my app build, and then went totally silent. I was able to get some money back through my credit card company, but am still out $17k+. I am in contact with the *** regarding wire fraud, and I encourage anyone else who was scammed by them to do the same. Research **************** and DO NOT use these guys. They also took my friend for over $40k, his retirement fund, and now won't return calls. I cannot stress enough that these guys are scammers. Maybe we need a class action lawsuit? Contact me at kapihanafilms at hot mail I will be happy to sign on to any lawsuit, I have full records of all payments and unkept promises. ***** is a real, and let's hope they see legal repercussions for scamming so many people out of their hard earned money.

    I been working with this company to build an app they never delivered. I have been calling and emailing them for months with no response. Now their phone is disconnected. I just read an review that read they are bankrupted. If this is the case they could have reach out with my source code so that I could finish my project with another company. They have been changing staff on my project without notify me this has been a bad experience. I spent my life savings on this dream and to have someone just take it is not right or fair.

    I use this company to build me an app 3 years ago and still have yet to have a working app. I would never recommend them or use them them. They're customer service if you can get in touch with anyone is an absolute joke. Please heed by warning and don't ever use this company. You would be better off drawing cartoon characters yourself.
