1 starThe service at this dealership and service department is unacceptable, unprofessional, not even in a 3rd world country would I expect to receive this type of service, especially from an official dealership. My car, a 2024 ******* was purchase new, has had multiple problems with little to no interest from their employees. For example, I picked up my car from service and as of this date is has been 5 Weeks without receiving documentation on the services performed with elemental (basic) but necessary to have proper service records.Review fromWebb P

1 starOn March 18, 2025, I began the process of making an out-of-state purchase for one of the 2023 ***** IS 350. I spoke with *****, one of their out-of-state sales **** who assisted me with the out-of-state process. She informed me that the airbag light was on and that their dealership would have to take it to the ***** dealership for repairs because the vehicle was still under warranty. I said OK. ***** then stated in order for them to hold the vehicle for me while it was in the shop, I would have to make a $1000 courtesy payment to prove that I was serious about the purchasing the vehicle. She went on the state that the payment would get deducted from the price of the vehicle. At no time, did ***** state that the $1000 payment would be non-refundable). On the morning of March 19, 2025, received a call from my lender advising they would not lend to Miami Lakes Automall due to the dealership's poor BBB rating, as well as the extremely high number of complaints the dealership receives. At the conclusion of that call, I called and informed ***** of what my lender had informed me. I then asked her how long will it take to put that $1000 payment back on my Credit Card? ***** replied "Oh, that was non-refundable". I then replied, "You never disclosed that the payment was non-refundable". *****, then replied "Well it is, because we had to take it off the internet when we took it to get the airbag repaired". I then stated "what did that have to do with me? You guys needed to repair the airbag anyway". After going back and forward, for several minutes, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Initially, ***** refused to let me speak with her supervisor. However, after I continued to press the issue, ***** replied "There are no supervisors available. I'll try to see if I can get someone to call you back". I'm confident that *****'s deceitful and conning practices are a reflection of the deceptive measures promoted by the organization. BUYERS BE ****!!! **** *. ******Review fromMelissa D

I purchased this like new 2024 jeep grand wagoneer. When it finally got delivered, it had multiple issues. 3 tires were very low, check engine light was on, all car mats were missing, and 1 key fob was missing. After driving it around for only 2 days, the car started shutting down and going into Battery Saver mode. The car will run, but no other systems work (radio, screens, lights, cameras, nothing). I took it to my mechanic, and they are fearful to even touch it. They highly suggested I return the vehicle. The general manager I was working with, Al, has mysteriously disappeared. I was sold a lemon and I cant get anyone from the dealership to call me back. Scammers!!! I will never buy from them again! Praying Im able to get my money back.Miami Lakes Auto Mall

I took my car to the Miami Lakes Auto Mall for regular oil change on July 22, 2023 (6085 miles). the next follow update May 18, 2024 (***** miles) for oil change and tire rotation. This last visit November 16, 2024, for regular oil change and tire rotation. I left the service center had to turn around notice that air pressure tires were low. I went back to service center and notice the tires was not rotated. They took the car back and changed the tires at which time the mechanic stated I needed new tires. I call the next business day to speak with supervisor 18 days later no response. I just wanted someone to explain if I come for regular car service and tire rotation why do I need two new tires. They will not return any calls regarding my financial paperwork. I never received when I bought my car and have called 50x since. 20x in last week alone to get my copies. I have left voicemails. I have left messages with Receptionist All for the finance department and I never get any calls back. I do not live in the area and I am worried I got taken advantage. I feel like there are things added to my contract that I may be unaware of and I just think its kind of strange that Im paying $800 for a ****** brand new but nothing fancy with the credit score thats above average. I dont know. I just think Ive been taking advantage of and no one wants to return my calls .Miami Lakes Auto Mall

Worst customer service ever paid cash for a part in July and was told it would be their 2 weeks later. We are currently in September going into October and the part still hasn't arrived. I asked to speak to a manager and for a refund twice and never spoke to anyone nor received my money back. I was told I wouldn't get my money back until 4-6 weeks later in the form of a check and still have not gotten that either.Miami Lakes Auto Mall

AVOID MIAMI LAKES AUTO MALL I PERSONALLY RAN WHEN THEY TRIED TO F you on the reconditioning fee which they will not remove. This goes on top of the price of the car Sticker price is not the price they add. Recondition fee which is BS. Plus your tax, title and doc fees which are required. And the ************* fee is ********.I am disappointed to share my experience with your dealership. Despite the numerous stars and positive reviews, I found your pricing structure to be quite misleading. The fine print, which includes a reconditioning fee averaging around $3,000, should be more transparent.I visited your Miami Lakes Automall location to understand the hype, but the negotiations surrounding the reconditioning fee felt disrespectful to customers. Such practices are disheartening and contribute to the negative perception of used car sales. I hope my feedback prompts a reevaluation of your sales tactics.Miami Lakes Auto Mall
