      5/25/2022 I had an oil change, tires changed and had my AC looked at and supposedly fixed. I was definitely overcharged for everything. I recently had the battery changed by a different mechanic and he advised that in the inside of my car there was a spill. That it is all dirty and it should not be like this. He said that water or some liquid is all over the fuse box. It was stains from the coolant system. Too much coolant was put in by Aventura Auto Specialist. I was over charged so much and they could not even do something simple correctly. How are they specialists? I am requesting that they clean up the mess they created themselves or pay for me to get it cleaned up by a different mechanic. I would like I refund on this work or at the very least some type of compensation such as a free oil change done correctly this type around. Also I want to note here before the tires were changed ******************** quoted me a lower price. I understood entire cost was the deposit I already paid $300 something. When the car is up in the air already PA informs me it is about another $300 just to replace tires. Only one tire was actually bad. AP claims he explained this to me before the work on the car started. There is a very small chance he explained this clearly. He speaks too fast. His English is terrible. He is very neurotic and unprofessional. He is openly rude to customers and talks negatively about one customer to others. He also openly talks about his use of marijuana. Even though he uses it so much it does not have much of an effect on calming him down. This is not ******. Show some professionalism. I highly recommend especially if you are a female or someone that does not know anything about cars to avoid this place. I now know I could have gone to ******* and had the same service done for so much less. At the very least, if you are going to rep off customers so much do a quality and professional job. He is the owner so this explains every

      Hi we perform this repair in 03/25/2022 we didn't check any ac we simply change the oil ,oil filter and install 4 tire is been 5 month now we do not leave car dirty i am not really sure what is the complaint please find the copy of the receipt let me know if you assist with the repair done thank you .

      I am rejecting this response because:  
      I had all my tires replaced on 3/25/2022. I currently have ****** miles on it. From what I understand, these tires are still under warranty until ****** miles. I got a flat tire on the back passenger tire yesterday. Road side assistance put the spare tire. They found no nails or any other objects that would have caused the issue. He told me either it was not put on correctly or it is a manufacturing defect. I am looking for the tire to be replaced at no additional cost to me. I tried to contact AAS but they are closed on the weekends.
