I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. We had four different trips, and each one was perfectly scheduled within the requested timeframe. The drivers gave us a call ahead of time to inform us of their arrival, and our cars arrived safely and in the same condition they were in when they left. Highly reliable and efficient service! They were very reliable and they had the best pricing. We have used them 4 times for cross country moves and have always had success. Drivers are responsive and our vehicles have always arrived on or before the promised date. I highly recommend them.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC Response

AutoStar was easy to work with from start to finish. Quote was competitive and timely. Questions were answered quickly. Updates on acquiring a carrier and through the process were really appreciated. Driver was there on time and kept us informed. Timely delivery and no problems at all. Payment to driver was quick and efficient. This was a great experience. I am pleased to have done business with AutoStar Transport Express, LLC. I contacted them and within the hour I received a reply. Between a combination of calls, texts and emails, I was able to have my vehicle picked up on the desired date. Because my transport was scheduled during hurricane Helene, AutoStar kept in close contact to keep me abreast of delivery date. My area would be hit and the company knew that. I was informed that my vehicle would be delivered two days late due to safety issues. Understandably so, my vehicle was delivered two days late as was predicted. The driver was courteous enough to call me to meet him two blocks from my house because regulations stated that the trailers cannot enter cul-de-sac due to their widths and sizes. The driver waited for about 15 minutes and by the time I got there my vehicle was already downloaded and ready. My experience was positive as my vehicle was delivered in the condition in which it was purchased.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC Response
