      To whom it may concern I was involved in an accident on 4/13/2025. I contacted United automobile insurance they declared my car a total loss by pictures only and they sent me a letter also declaring my vehicle totaled loss. I contacted them several times afterwards asking when are they going to come get the vehicle they have yet to come get the vehicle. Now Im not only stuck with a nonfunctional vehicle Im now responsible for making payments on vehicle I cant even drive or move. United automobile insurance now telling me they have dropped me from the insurance gave me another insurance and told me to call them. But how when I was covered by United automobile insurance at the time of the crash.

      I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Took over a month to get a new window after my window was cracked. Application had too many questions like how would I know what side of the road, what direction and how fast I was going when the object hit my window????????? Dont get it!!!

      This is undoubtedly the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with, even though they are cheap, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not use them. Long story short, I got rid of my car before my next payment was due with auto pay, so when I called to cancel, they first needed proof that I no longer had the car, which I provided before the due. The date came, and surprise surprise I was still charged. I called in, they said the receipt I provided to prove I no longer had the car was not enough and I had to provide more information which I did. After 5 days of dealing with this, they finally issued me a refund but they have to mail me the check instead of depositing it in my account. The worse about it is the people I spoke too, there names were ****** AND ********, could have cared less and could have been more rude. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE TRASH.

      Claim: ********** THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL TIME, AND I SWEAR IM FILLING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU . THEIR INSURED DRIVER HIT MY CAR WHILST IT WAS PARKED, SO I DONT SEE WHY IM BEING MADE TO WAIT FOR OVER TWO WEEKS FOR NO REASON. MY CAR IS NOT DRIVEABLE, FAILING TO GET TO WORK AND NOW ON THE ***** OF GETTING FIRED. YOUR WHOLE STAFF IS CONFUSED ABOUT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AND SEEM TO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE. I DONT KNOW WHO CARES ABOUT THIS **** BUSINESS BUT THIS S*** SHOW IS BEING RAN TO THE GROUND, YOU GUYS WONT SEE GOOD DAYS TILL THIS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. Your Adjuster, ******* **** EXT ***** HAS NO DESIRE FOR HER JOB, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE IS GETTING PAID FOR? THE SERVICES YOU PROVIDE ARE NOWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT YOUR MISSION STATEMENT ENTAILS, YOURE A FRAUD! YOU NEED TO BE SUED!!!

      I filed a claim in December. Their insured t-boned my car. They had my car picked up and towed to have it evaluated. They declared it a total loss in early January. However, they have not indicated an amount of payment and now they will not return my calls or respond to text message inquiries. Today, the company that picked my car up called and said UAIC had given them permission to return my (totaled) car - at a cost to ME of $132. This company is the worst communicating company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business with them.

      Worst company in the world to deal with. Nobody answers your calls and even if you leave your adjuster a voice message they NEVER return the call. I called my adjuster 11 times, left voicemail and never received a return call. They only send you 1 line text messages. Ive been waiting for claim process for over two months now to no avail. Im not hiring an attorney, maybe they will return the calls then.

      Worst company do not buy insurance they bait and switch. Promise you one thing then say its a misunderstanding when things go south. Now holding my refund for over 45 days. **** is a scam.

      Worse company I've ever came across. Cant get in contact with anyone and when you do, they give you attitude or hang up on you. Im over their BS ! AND DONT COME OVER HERE WITH YOUR BS HALF ASZ AUTOMATED SORRY PARAGRAPH!! FIX IT!!! Every single one of your agents are rude and disrespectful!

      This company is very disappointing rear ended on 12/11/24 by a driver carrying this insurance I was appointed a gentleman by the name ****** ***** as my property adjuster for the repairs on my 2015 f350 platinum never picked up the phone my attorney bodyshop myself have tried no luck then when contact was made with someone from their office they told bodyshop to upload pictures of damage so they can estimate damage claiming they have no property adjuster in ******* area now they switched adjusters to a lady named ****** ****** who told me that all she was waiting for is her manager to approve liability report yet she claims. Ive lost my job due to lack of transportation Ive done my best to leave it to a higher power all Im asking is I need my vehicle repaired so I can move forward we are all dealing with hard time financially due to economy Im a hard working American who believes in justice and this company must do whats right theyre way of handling matters is very poor and deceiving
