      There should be an option for zero stars for this company. Im not quite sure how this company is even a legal company considering the tactics and games they play with providing coverage. First, they seek incredibly invasive informative, including all of the electronically stored data on my car, occupation, place of employment and mileage on my vehicle. I was hit by the daughter of their insured driving their insured car weeks ago and this company has been the most difficult to work with. I have to call the adjuster for an update and have had to leave multiple voicemails before receiving a call back. No one is contesting fault yet United refuses to provide coverage. Instead, they are seeking for **** to provide coverage. How **** is relevant or any involved is a question I keep asking the adjuster, to which the adjuster responds that she cant tell me. I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager and only receive a voicemail and never a call back. Surprisingly, this company doesnt have a complaints department. I can imagine why. It is clear United does not want to provide coverage for the damage caused to my vehicle. In fact, the adjuster told me I should just go through my insurance company. It appears based on previous reviews left, this is the common game United plays. Its confusing how this company is still allowed to be in business. So their drivers can just go around hitting people and they dont have to pay for the damage? Interesting. Lastly, I would like to note how incredibly rude their customer service representatives are. I have been hung up on, transferred in the middle of speaking, cut off and talked down to, just to name a few. Nonetheless, they continue to get away with it. Terrible and beyond distasteful. I would never want to be associated with this company and would never recommend this company to anyone.

      This company is allowing several of their clients to fraudulently use my address for auto insurance. Attempts to contact the company about this matter have been unsuccessful as it is impossible to get a live person on the phone number listed on their website. Although all mail is constantly returned to them via the *********** marked "Return to Sender/Person Unknown" they continue to use my address. A police report has been filed about this matter.

      On april 26 2024 my car was stolen and i reported it to the police and my insurance. My insurance adjuster was *********************** it took them almost 2 months to get back to me with a call. Once i received that call she was asking for paperwork to be mailed just to stall time. Day after day went by its now august mind you im still paying for my car i havent had in 4 months im also under 25 so insurance is also killing me. Ive lost almost 5 thousand dollars due to this company and im still waiting for a call back ive been constantly calling them for the past 4 months and by the ***** of god one of them picks up the phone just to pass me to *********************** then it goes to voicemail. Im praying this review gets looked at and this company must be stopped because this is unreal. Im a young kid i spend more on this then anything im having to take loans because i have no car to get anywhere and most of my income goes to ubers since i work 40 minutes away. I cant afford to even save for another car. I was sent a letter saying i have to attend a zoom meeting to give a sworn statement unfortunately i couldnt attend and now they are dodging my calls again. Sad company prey on the weak.Dont get this insurance youll save yourself the headache

      This is the worst auto insurance you can get. Never ever even consider getting a policy with them. Customer service never responds and even when they respond they never help you to resolve your issue. I cancelled my insurance on 6/14 after 1.5 months of using them due to poor service. They never canceled my policy but also charged me on 6/29 for $571 for the next month even when I removed my payment information because they forgot to check their inbox for me providing them the proof I have another insurance with State Farm starting 6/14. Now they explain that they are not going to refund me anything for **** and only refunding me $323 for July payment because the cancellation process took long. Even though the official cancellation letter states that they canceled my policy on 6/14 they are not issuing me a refund for the rest of **** but before they made it clear that once cancellation process completed they will issue me a refund for **** and also charged me for July. Long story short this auto insurance is very unprofessional and keep charging you when you cancel the policy with them and remove your payment information

      If I could give zero stars, I would! This insurance company is a complete nightmare and seems to be scamming people.On June 11, one of their drivers rear-ended my car while I was stopped at a red light. Their driver was clearly at fault, and my car was totaled. Yet, it's been over two months, and I haven't received a single payment for my vehicle. *** tried calling the adjuster assigned to my case, *************************, who is either rude, unhelpful, or doesn't answer the phone at all. *** also attempted to reach the supervisor, *********************************, multiple times, but my calls go straight to voicemail, and she never returns them.The website is uselessit doesnt provide any helpful information. When I call their office, other agents are equally unhelpful, just transferring me back to the same adjuster who avoids my calls. I had to borrow money from others to buy a new car so I could get to work.I need the payment for my totaled car immediately so I can repay those who helped me out. This insurance company is causing undue stress and financial strain. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

      I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the customer service I have received following my car accident on July 17th. Unfortunately, the support provided by your team, is nothing short of pathetic.As of today, August 8th, I have only spoken to my adjuster once. During that conversation, I was informed that an appraiser would come to assess my car, which has been deemed not drivable. However, no one has come to conduct this appraisal, leaving me in limbo.I took the initiative to seek an appraisal myself, but was informed that the shops I contacted are unable to provide a suitable assessment because my car requires to be broken down for a full inspection and the one provided is not accurate. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, no collision center wants accept the **** insuranc. I have reached out to several shops, but they all indicated that **** do not respond to claims and do not pay therefore cannot assist **** have made numerous calls, sent texts, and left messages, all without any follow-up or assistance. This lack of communication and effort is unacceptable and has only added to my distress during this already challenging ti**** urgently request your help in getting my car repaired. This ordeal has definitely made me not to renew and advise others to do the same.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I hope this can help me and others.

      If i could give a ZERO star review i would but I cant.This is the WORST insurance company ever, their customer hit me and I get 1 automated text to take pictures for their dumb app they dont even look at. Called countless times, countless emails, no call backs or emails back. Their reviews speak for themselves, STAY AWAY from these **** artists.We will let the lawfirm we hired take care of this case, it is coming to 3 weeks since the accident and no response. Their customer was at fault in the accident, drove towards oncoming traffic to cut my vehicle off because he was impatient and we have 4k video footage for proof.Karma will come for this company and its employees for doing business improperly.Good luck to whoever uses this company for their insurance, **** *******.Anyone reading this that has had a bad experience with this 0 star company should flood this ****** review section with negative reviews.I hope the owner and its employees read this and feel bad about themselves but they probably won't.Good luck with your sad life and your smoke and mirrors effect drawing people into this joke of a insurance company

      If you ever get in an accident and the insured has this insurance - RUN! What a terrible experience! This company is awful! If I could give negative stars, I would!Their insured rear-ended my minivan on Hwy 75 (luckily not going too fast) & caused significant damage to my rear end. Upon asking about a rental, they said they would only pay $25 a day for a vehicle, which doesnt even come close to the rates today, much less for a similar vehicle. They said there are no laws that require them to pay for a similar vehicle. This is our family car! I have four kids in car seats! I ended up getting a minivan because I needed it! It wasnt nearly as nice as the car their client h*** but it did the job.Meanwhile, this company refused to pay the labor rates. Fine - they worked it out with the collision center. But what took even more time is that they refused to pay for a sensor that was broken in the accident & began to malfunction after the accident. No initial "inspection" would catch that. I told the collision center about *** ****** verified it was indeed malfunctioning due to where their client hit me, on the back passenger side, & that sensor was broken! They refused to pay for *** claiming its not their responsibility. This argument created significant delays with work being done.It's not my problem! The collision center took a $1,000 loss on labor & the sensor!Now that I have submitted my rental claim - I was expecting my $2,300 bill to be paid for, but because this company is terrible, I was at least expecting the $25/day back, but no! Now they are claiming I should have had my car back within two weeks, so now they are only giving me $350! $350! Is that a joke? I had the car for 36 days & collected the car as soon as it was ready! The delay is not my fault!This company is the worst! I've never left a review, but I will be leaving reviews everywhere about this horrible experience! What a scam! I hope you treat your insured better!Do better!!

      My date of loss was march 28 2024, the primary cause of this claim was a broken head light as well of other things on my truck do to comprehensive claim. They told me to submit photos to adjuster by phone and I did the estimate came back with only ****** for a bumper part that was broken no head light and or anything wrong inside now I know is due to water in the head light shop submits a supplemental they send about 3000 this time and not covering enough shop is asking them to cover expenses and their cost for labor is above 50 dollars an hour and insurance only paying 30 some dollars a hour. They have no replied to any of my shops emails calls or messages!! **** frustrating !!! my truck has been in the shop for over a month now with really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do not reply or get back to anyone in a timely manner !!! This is terrible company I do not recommend. Claim

      If I could give United Automobile company a zero Star would be the best, Ive been trying reach out to the Adjuster ********************************* and to her supervisor *************************** in regard of my vehicle damages and either one response back to my case the adjuster completed my case with a check $584.84 and that doesnt cover all my damages I been trying to send my car to the shop into where they already did an estimate and we still waiting for the adjuster to respond back or the supervisor but nothing my car has been park since the accident and no one response back i have been calling the insurance company several time to get someone to help me with my case but they keep saying that the adjuster has my case and theres nothing they can do in regards my vehicle damages Im paying to much for this insurance for them not respond back im so disappointed with this company.
