      I rented a ******* Palisade (VIN: KM8R24GE9SU84159) from this company from 11/14/24-11/18/24. I promptly returned the car, undamaged and in the morning of 11/18/24. I was charged a late fee stating that I returned the car on 11/21/24. I have attempted to contact this companys customer care email and calling with no resolution. I was told upon returning the car that I did not need to do anything or receive any receipt of return. Therefore, I do not have any receipt of returning. I was told upon calling to report this issue to ask the company to email their customer care email and ask them to check their cameras in the parking lot for the morning of 11/18, to see that I returned the car in a timely manner. This would be the only proof I have, aside from my plane ticket, showing that I left *****, ** on this date in the morning. I was charged a late fee of my deposit of ******.

      I rented a car through Priceline prepaid and when I return this car, I found a $250 extra charge They said to clean the interior of a car that two middle-aged adults drove to ********. **** wasnt never even ate in and as you can see by the complaints yelp, this is a common practice for this particular car rental. They should not be allowed to operate and take advantage of tourist

      On December 18, 2024 I rented a car from company doing business as ********************** and or CORPUSATOUR. I paid for the rental car in full $198.12. On my arrival at the counter the said company kept trying to upcharge my requested paid for rental. I had insurance declaration and insurance card. I was being held hostage with my payment as I was told by counter agent that they do not operate as other rental companies, they add on an additional insurance policy seperate. I contested and wrote this in my signature. Said company charged me an additional $256.67 for what the agent said other companies include, but not them. This is the most deceptive business practice i have seen. I signed under protest because I had family waiting for me for hours. This should be illegal fraud or something criminal. Very bad business practice. I disputed but said company would not provide my contested signature only a copy of contract stating what agent had said - you did not fully pay for car. In the contract - there was a space for me to waive said charges of $256.67 and be liable. I agreed to this and still they would not let me sign. Anyone reading this with more power to fight than me - the said companies are using deceptive business practice and I hope KARMA gets them.****

      On January 10th, 2025, I rented a vehicle from Economy Rent A Car near ***************************. During pickup, the gate agent falsely stated that Florida law required me to purchase at least basic insurance, despite my explicitly declining coverage and confirming that I had active car insurance. Under time constraints, I reluctantly agreed, only to later confirm that this claim was untrue. Florida law does not mandate customers with active coverage to purchase additional insurance.After realizing this, I contacted their office to request a refund, but the representative was unhelpful and disconnected the call. Attempts to follow up by phone were unsuccessful. Upon returning the vehicle on January 12th, I raised the issue at the counter, but the agent simply directed me to email customer service, offering no further assistance.Additionally, the $250 hold placed on my credit card has not been released, despite the car being returned on time, in good condition, and with more fuel than received.I am requesting a refund of the $90 insurance charge and the immediate release of the $250 hold. Misleading customers and providing poor service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Supporting documents, including my car insurance declaration and rental agreement, are available upon request.

      I reserved the rental car though the Priceline and total charge it showed the around $100 for 3days and when I went there the person declined to take my personal Insurance and charged the additional hidden fees total $180 and also after 1 week back they charged again $79 so they are scamming the customer and also the car was in very bad conditions required the maintenance.

      I paid for damages done to a rental when I returned the car. The insurance company has issued them a check for the full amount of damages. I have not received a refund as of yet. I have tried emailing the company which I was informed was the only way to contact management. I have not been able to speak with a manager either to resolve this issue.

      -Imagine after flying all day you arrive at the airport late in the day and take the shuttle to your rental car destination, which was listed as On Airport to find out it is 1.5 miles away in a not so nice section of town. Now expecting to pick up your car easily you are confronted by the most rude and disrespectful people you will ever meet. They insist that you purchase their insurance although you have the documentation required in their agreement as a pdf file on your phone, add an additional $139.93 to your bill. One additional driver was added for $9.99/day per agreement. Another additional driver was told they could be added for free if they went online immediately to ****** and entered a Five Star review for this rental place. (Shady Practices) I wish I did look at their reviews before renting a car from here but I figured Priceline/Economy everything was above board. Check out their reviews below:*************************************************************************************************** Scammers, everyone there was getting the same treatment as in dont want it good luck finding something else as you are nowhere near the other big name rental sites. Did not comply with their own agreement regarding insurance, still waiting to see if they hit me with any additional charges. They never inspected car with me when picked up or dropped off, I did take pictures of entire car and found a scratch on RR door along with some marks on rear bumper from luggage strikes. I will use these if necessary. I would like a full refund of the insurance fees in the amount of $139.93

      I rented a car from November 7th to 10th from CORPUSA Rent a Car. My rental agreement was MIAA02-43065. I returned the car on November 10th at 5:30am ; my flight was leaving at 6:20am. They gave me back my security deposit on November 12th (150 dollars)On November 17th (one week later), I received an email from their **************** stating that the car has physical damage from the time I rented the car and attached some pictures with scratches. I requested photos of the damage taken on November 10th, they send me several pictures, all taken on November 17th and November 18th. I had tried to explain to them that I returned the car way before, so I need prove that then damage was done before to be able to involve my insurance. They not only have not sent anything, but they also charged to my debit card without my authorization $3,556.82 on November 18th. This is unacceptable - It is not possible to contact them by phone - they have not sent any clear documentation, including photos of the car upon return, the damage report, and any inspection details.

      I rented a car on September 13th. I noticed the car was a little dirty, and smelled BO. I was disgusted, but I figured its a rental, and whatever. At the time of the return a charge of $250 appeared on my credit card statement. I promptly called them, and thats when I learned the charge was a cleaning fee. This company charged me a cleaning fee, the car was dirty when I rented it. They sent bogus photos to my credit card company, and therefore I had no way to defend myself. This company is a scam. They make out charges to **** customers to make out for the low prices that they advertised. At the end of the day this rental costed me more that if I would have gone with a reputable company who charges a little more. These people need to be stopped for their shady business model.
