Mala atencin y fraude al cobrar , no son transparentes con los precios , yo realic una cancelacin en persona en Octubre y aun estoy en disputa porque me cobraron

ZERO STARS. This company is extremely predatory and SCAMMERS!!! The car I rented from them had major mechanic issues in another city (would not take gas 15mph+ and was rattling and shaking crazy) and when I called them for a resolution I was literally told there was nothing they can do for me to leave the keys inside the car and it would be towed "at some point" no offer for refund or help with a temp new vehicle. They also blocked my number from calling I had to *67 to get thru and not tell them my name or they would hang up. They charge you whatever prices they want and vehicles are past due on maintenance. Their vehicles are UNSAFE and their customer service **** are unhelpful and will talk about you in Spanish amongst themselves. They literally do not care to help you unless you are able to understand them. I had to jump into their conversation and correct them in Spanish for them even attempt to care. They are quick to charge your card for whatever they feel like and will not give you anything in writing or respond to emails. They towed the vehicle and then tried to say I still had it and that it was against their policy to leave it in another city. I had to get ***************** involved to resolve this and it turns out they had the vehicle the whole time. These people are disgusting and do not care about the safety of their clients. Weeks later they are now saying nothing was wrong with the car and charged me almost $600 more (after rental was closed out 2 weeks ago). If you rent from here BEWARE and change your card number right after. I have never dealt with a more stressful situation than what this company has put me thru. The intentional infliction of emotional distress has been unwarranted. I hope they get shut down.

I rented a car from ECONOMY in Miami . They later unknowingly charged my credit card $260 for a “ cleaning fee “ and a late return fee. The car was clean and full of gas when returned and was only a little over an hour late at return due to getting lost as they are off site of MIA. . Criminal the way they did this My sister and I emptied the car out completely. . I guess they charge 200$ to vacuums out a little sand in the front floor mats because that’s all that was left in the car. Total *******’S . DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THESE ****** !!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. Stay away from this place. Prices are fake, inventory is not real. You WILL NOT get what you think you're paying for. Showed up to pick up our reserved van and after taking all my info, scanning my CC and license tells me he can give me a 5 passenger vehicle.. Like what??Says he's got nothing else and I should contact the website to get a refund.. Lol it was THEIR website I rented it on.. Btw never even got a confirmation for that but they were real quick to charge my card.Asked for a manager and of course there isn't one.. Kid gave me a customer service email as the managers email address.. What a joke...Best thing they can do is go out of business and do us all a favor.
