BEWARE – This Company is a **** This company is completely fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs. They try to tack on hidden fees and overpriced add-on packages that were never clearly disclosed. What starts as a simple rental quickly turns into a nightmare of overcharges and ***** practices. There is no physical person present—only a virtual assistant on a screen with horrible service and long wait times. No real help, no accountability. The car I received was in awful condition, drove terribly, and reeked of smoke. At the end, they tried to deceive me and overcharge far beyond what was quoted. They absolutely do NOT save you money—they are overpriced and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Total ****.

?? ***** this rental company at all costs! ??I booked a prepaid rental through WorkingAdvantage, which clearly stated that a physical credit card (Mastercard, ***** Discover) was required for the security deposit. I had my physical Apple Mastercard with me, but when I arrived, the company refused to accept it for no legitimate reason and forced me to use my debit card, leading to $149.97 in hidden fees (including a $75 debit card fee that was never disclosed in my booking).Their contract terms are misleading, their customer service is unhelpful, and their goal seems to be trapping customers with surprise charges once they arrive. They refused to issue a refund even after admitting their policy wasnt clearly stated. Do yourself a favor and rent from a reputable companythis place is a scam!?? Zero stars if I could. ??

This company is a total ****. There was supposed to be a shuttle to the car rental from the airport. No shuttle showed up and after 60 minutes of wait, we took a taxi to car rental site. There is no office, no real person on site. Just a KISOK inside a shack with no ventilation. I had my family standing outside the shack under the sun during checking out the car. No contract with break out cost was displayed on ***** screen before signing. I was then surprised by the following additional charges Toll fee $101 despite no need for it Protection fee $89 despite presenting insurance Upgrade fee $150. We had a car down grade. It was a smelly car with stains and a missing wheel metal cover. Mistake of my life Total $340

RUN AWAY - TOTAL ****!!! We also fell prey to this company's deceitful practices. Upon pickup, there is nobody on-site and only a computer kiosk. My personal car insurance (Farmers) provides full coverage for rental cars; however, Rent 4less refused to allow it and charged me extra. Prior to returning the car, we took 8 pictures from all sides. Regardless, my Capital One card was charged an additional repair for a dent in front fender. My pictures clearly showed no dent. And when I disputed with Capital One, they claimed the Rent 4less company said you damaged it. That's Capital One for "what's in your wallet..." Furthermore, Rent 4less sent me a forged/phony invoice from a repair shop. When I tracked down the repair shop, they stated they have no knowledge of this vehicle - it was never in their shop. Lastly, I've been reporting this complaint to the Florida Office of The Attorney General since April 2022, and they have dropped and changed the investigators on this case three times. All I get from them is lip service, and I'm starting to suspect these investigators at the attorney general's office are being paid off by Rent 4less. Perhaps this is a potential corruption case for the FBI to investigate?

An unpleasant experience, a fraud and disrespectful service that affects many and I still don't understand how in this beautiful country they allow it, without being monitored or regulated. One day there will be justice for them.

This was 100% a scam. I booked this through Economy Bookings. When I arrived my car had been released and I had to "upgrade" and pay more for a completely banged up terrible car. It took 90 mins to rent the car even though I was the only person there. They have no in person workers and it's all done via video screen. When I got the car I documented all the extensive damage at the pick up. I drove it, returned it and considered myself done. A month later I got a $1,000+ charge on my Citi card for a small scratch that they claimed I did (I did not). SCAM!!!!They must be in bed with Citi because Citi backed them. Needless to say I cancelled my Citi card and will never rent from them again. BEWARE!!!!

I will never rent from this company again. Two stars, because it's on me for not reading the fine print.Plan on paying double the base price that you pay up front. They don't reveal this until you are on-site. If you provide your own insurance, they will charge $20/day for this. It's another $17/day for toll passes; 'only' $10/day to use their toll pass and have the tolls deducted from your hefty deposit later on.I would've walked after learning this, but their rental facility is miles from *** at a long-term parking lot in the middle of nowhere. So, I sucked it up, and make sure that I'll broadcast my dissatisfaction, so hopefully at least one person avoids the unpleasant surprise I had last night.Rent A Car 4 Less winds up being signifacantly more expensive, and much less convenient than renting from one of the big companies with an office at the airport. Good will in business is a real thing, and this outfit has incurred a lot of bad will.

This was a scam. I booked this through Economy Bookings. I will never use Economy Bookings again. I was sold insurance by Economy Bookings, and the Rent a Car 4 Less did not accept the insurance. They then charged me $45 per day for other insurance which they claim is mandatory. I will never use Rent a Car 4 Less again. I will also not use Right Cars or ACO, which are brands owned by the same company. This was a terrible experience.

Wish I had read reviews on this so-called company prior to renting a car. The old saying that anything priced too good to be true, is exactly that. I should have known, but thinking that ******* surely this well run state wouldn't allow this type of thievery. Wrong. What's bad is that once you get to their computer office, you are at their mercy and end up paying 3x the price you thought you had agreed upon. I am more angry that they are allowed to set up shop in ****** like ******* and *****. I might believe ** or ******** but not with our more conservative locations. I will be contacting our AG here in ***** to lodge my complaint. Please do not give this foreign company another dollar in business.

Unfortunately, I too was caught up in this scam. They acted like I couldn't use my own insurance, even though it covers me -- showed them proof of insurance they reluctantly accepted. Tried to charge me $1500 security deposit-- when I questioned it, they lowered it to $250. I turned in my car, took the ************** whatever it asks for, didn't notice any damage. Received an email about a week after I returned home-- with a video of chipped paint on the front hood. Don't remember that happening, nor do I see it in my post-rental pictures. Now they want to charge me $2000 to repair it. I should have gone with my gut, and left the minute I saw the trailer with no attendant on site. The most I can do is urge you to look elsewhere for car rentals in *******.
