  I needed some hardware as the doors were at the house we purchased. It did take some time to get thru to Anzzi....there was no purchase receipt that I had, the product was there. In the end I did get the parts I needed to finish putting the shower doors in. They should back off when not only myself and my husband explained the situation, and via email, it was almost as if they weren't going to sell me t he parts without an order number of some sort. I can't say language barrier...I said I'd leave my review so I did. Love the doors, they just need to work on customer service.

  I would give 0 if I could. I ordered a tub and we weren't ready for it so left it in the box. I know that was on me, 2.5 mo later it gets unboxed and it's the wrong tub. Like a 1k different tub. I contact them and they just say you should have checked within 5 days, anything else? No I am sorry, let's try to make this right, nothing. Just flippant who cares your problem. Yes it certainly is my problem. Check reviews, check your product. Also, the tub is actually really flimsy and poor quality. It feels like the super cheap ones from ********** that are a few hundred dollars. Keep shopping. It's supposed to be free standing and there is no way I would sit on that.

  Because of a contractor dispute, my bathroom model did not get finished and the Anzzi heated towel rack sat for over a year, still in the packaging. After finishing the bathroom ourselves, we pulled it out of the box to install it and found that it wasn't square. Anzzi would not make it right, citing they would not honor the warranty because we were reporting the 'damage' outside of the warranty period. I clarified it was not damaged due to shipment; it was a MANUFACTURER defect and I would ask them to stand behind the product. The gentleman on the other end of the phone kept stating it didn't matter; it was their policy to only offer an exchange if I had done it in the first seven days. Product is defective whether it was 7 days or 365 days.

  After installing a shower door provided by Anzzi, We needed to reorder a part. Contacting customer service was a nightmare! They blew me off multiple times but after multiple times of me trying to contact them they finally told me they couldn't get the part and they don't know when they are getting it. They were not helpful in the least. I'm sorry if you have to contact support for this company because you will not get a professional response.

  it was so hard to reach the ****** costumer service to get a labels for returne it took me 3 weeks, I paid for shiping $85 , the costumer service lady ****** was very rude and she didn't want to reimburse me . They didnt have any explanation or direction regarding return policy on ******. It is fools advertisment.

  This is not a review for the toilet but the fiasco we just went through and bottom line is we never even received the toilets. Order was placed through Anzzi on May 19, was charged on May 20 and update provided indicated toilet was shipped on May 22. About a week later I contacted Anzzi and was directed to Seko Logistic. The representative at Seiko was helpful but about a week later I followed up and I was just informed the order was cancelled. After a couple of additional phone calls to Seko I was informed the toilets are out of stock. VERY disappointed Anzzi or any website would attempt to sell products and charge charge customers for products that are not available. Will never go through this company again and will purchase toilets locally.

  What others have said is spot on. **************** is horrendous.they give you a run around with every answer. They say you have to register your product but the link doesnt work and it comes up with a warning that the site is not safe .they wont stand behind their product. I bought the ***AZ012 and all the fittings are leaking all over the place. Cheaply made product and bad customer service are a bad combination ..I would not buy their products ever againyou shouldnt either..beleive what you read and do your research before making a purchase

  I had this faucet for almost 2 years, I loved it at first but then i noticed that the finish was coming off and it had a slight drip. I contacted the company about the issues, and they said they would send me a replacement cartridge as a courtesy. But they will not cover the body and handle even though it has a lifetime warranty. Absolutely horrible customer service and never order from this company.

  Recently purchased a, 52.5" x *****" Walk-in Combination Acrylic Bathtub with Faucet and Heater By ANZZI via ************ Will be returning this item as the drain assembly is not of standard size and appears to have designed by individuals not understanding basic plumbing techniques. It appears that if one would follow Anzzi Technical guidelines significant leakage will occur whenever the Tub drained of any volumes approaching a full tub full. Anzzis Tech Support recommended dropping the drain directly into a vertical stack, while this may be possible in some parts of the world (?),it will not fly here in CT where drains are typically sealed thus protecting against overflow,leakage. Nice looking Tub but very ,very poor ***************** A 40 yr Master ******* has also reviewed this tub with similar and other comments. As a homeowner I simply can not risk finding 30 gal of water in my basement after my elderly wife baths.Needs a much better Drain strategy and Technical documentation defining how the tub should drain.
