      the merchant needs to send me a prepaid label so that i can ship it back. 
      the buyer shouldnt be responsible for return shipping when the item arrived with a scratch.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The customer service had been taking weeks to respond, and they were ignoring my emails regarding arrangement of a return label. So prior to contacting BBB, i filed a dispute. They could still arrange a return label and cancel the dispute after the return is processed as the bank doesn't allow a double credit.

      Solefly shows no effort in trying to resolve a matter caused by them.

      Ordered some shoes December 2nd. Have not gotten any tracking. Have not gotten any responses, even after over 10 tries. Cant reach anyone by phone. Ive sent multiple emails. Theyve been paid in full for the overpriced item.

      I called and the business said they did not even start shipping yet because they do not have the products yet. They also disclosed It will take them at least 3 weeks to ship. Meanwhile the products are being sold all over **** at scalping price. I did read reviews on the practice engaging in those shady practices but I gave it a shot nervertheless.

      I purchased a pair of sneakers from the company Sole Fly. And I was charged tax. I live in the ******************* where there is no tax apply to clothing or sneaker items. I have ordered from them before and was not charged tax. When I called to find out why the guy explained something about it being a threshold because they sold too much, but as I explain to the person I spoke with I wasnt charged tax before, so I dont understand why Im being charge now especially when I live in a state that does not charge tax.
