    I have had multiple issues with the product(s) bought from ************* location, ******). The first time was horriblly trimmed product; about 15% of the product was leaves and loose stems. They only offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase (which wasn't even honored, they lied to me). Now I have yet another issue, one that I've already tried telling them about. Their admin/customer service people have either just ignored me, or when they haven't ignored me, they've been very passive and careless. The most recent incident involved selling a product that was mislabeled. It was supposed to be whole flower, but it was shake/micro-bombs. Whole flower is priced significantly higher than shake/minis. So not only did they sell a mislabeled product, upon informing them, they just blew me off. I would like any criminal penalties, or consumer protection violations looked into. At the least they broke product labeling laws. The worst part is just them not caring about it/me. They apparently care so little, that they have just ignored my multiple emails to their customer service address.

    My company is retaliating against me based on favoritism towards other male team member. They are forced a toxic workplace environment for leaders by stating we not building personal relationship as if this is normal. My direct boss is trying to force personal relationship/friendship with my staff members. I feel violated that they are showing favoritism toward male employees. They have underpaid my paycheck and 401k was not paid. my boss is forcing a personal level relationship as part of my job performance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in business practice. Work environment should not be bud buddies and no need to ****** any kind of personal relationship with staff members. My company is forcing me to ****** an environment that should not exist in professional personal development I been with the company over 4 years and my direct boss was hired 2 months ago. He is forcing a toxic environment for store leader. My years of working this type of relationship at work environment is unprofessional and unethical. This business practices needs to be investigated due favoritism, lack of payment, retaliation and sexism.
