I have had multiple issues with the product(s) bought from ************* location, ******). The first time was horriblly trimmed product; about 15% of the product was leaves and loose stems. They only offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase (which wasn't even honored, they lied to me). Now I have yet another issue, one that I've already tried telling them about. Their admin/customer service people have either just ignored me, or when they haven't ignored me, they've been very passive and careless. The most recent incident involved selling a product that was mislabeled. It was supposed to be whole flower, but it was shake/micro-bombs. Whole flower is priced significantly higher than shake/minis. So not only did they sell a mislabeled product, upon informing them, they just blew me off. I would like any criminal penalties, or consumer protection violations looked into. At the least they broke product labeling laws. The worst part is just them not caring about it/me. They apparently care so little, that they have just ignored my multiple emails to their customer service address.Initial Complaint

I phoned the ***********, ** dispensary twice on the evening of 13 Nov and once on the morning of 14 Nov. I was told each time that there was a bundle sale in progress consisting of 10 cartridges for $210 and 5 cartridges for $135. I placed an order on the morning of 14 Nov. for 15 cartridges. Upon pick up of said order, I was surprised by the total of $346.50 as my order should have totalled $310.50. I asked the clerk, ******, if my discount of 10% for a donation of nonperishable items had been deducted to which he answered affirmatively. He then said that the cartridges were 10 for $250. He went to the back and brought ****** to the front to speak with me. She said that she had spoken to me the previous evening and stated that she had given me the price of 10 cartridges for $250. That is an outright lie. When I called in the morning the clerk on the phone had even confirmed with a fellow employee that the price was $210. ******* was then summoned to the front and said that the current price was 10 cartridges for $250 and that a previous sale has been $210. I had no knowledge that sale had existed or that bundle purchases were ever offered. I asked if they could apply my Veteran's discount and this was denied. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It was quite obvious that the employees misspoke when I called the 3 times prior my purchase. I feel that the price I was quoted over the phone should have been honored. Although I called 3 times I was given incorrect information! I had even written it down each time. As a result of this misinformation, I was overcharged by $36.00. This may seem insignificant, but really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I have to question the efficiency of these employees. I don't appreciate being given the wrong information nor do I like having ****** lie to my face. I would appreciate a store credit or adequate compensation for being overcharged and inconvenienced. I would appreciate a prompt response in the matter.
